close to most attractions and metro, very buzzing area, free tea and coffee station with bakeries.

Really clean hotel. The staff is lovely and I really like the location, in the middle of Paris with a bunch of bar around. It’s a typical Parisian Hotel, with great architecture. The only cons was the shower pressure and amenities in the room that could be better (no pressure + old hair dryer not really efficient).

Quite old building and furniture, but clean and nice. Cosy and beautiful. Window view might be different.

I am extremely disappointed with our recent stay at Best Western Hôtel Ronceray Opéra due to the highly unprofessional treatment we received at check-in. We had explicitly booked a Twin Bed Room, but when we checked in around 6:00 PM on July 30th, the front desk agent, Skander, incorrectly assigned us a Double Bed Room instead. When we returned to reception to ask for the correct room, Skander’s attitude was exceptionally rude and dismissive. He offered zero apologies for the hotel’s mistake and instead ordered us to remove our belongings in a hostile, impolite tone. What makes this worse is that our morning experience was wonderful—the morning front desk gentleman who helped us store our luggage was incredibly warm and attentive. Unfortunately, Skander’s terrible behavior in the evening completely ruined that great first impression and degraded our entire stay. Management urgently needs to address Skander’s lack of basic customer service etiquette and attention to booking details. Guests deserve much better professional standards than this.
