Hôtel Jacques de Molay - Fitness & Sauna

The hotel is in a very convenient and lovely location. It’s small, and the rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re comfortable and well kept. One issue I had was with the bathtub in my room: the water wouldn’t drain properly. Apparently there is a way to make it work, but it wasn’t explained, so the water stayed there until housekeeping came the next morning. The mattress and especially the pillows could use a refresh, as the pillows felt quite worn. At breakfast, the staff wasn’t very welcoming, and on both mornings there were no tables available because they hadn’t been cleared. Overall, I like the hotel and would stay again, especially because it’s close to my office, but I’d skip breakfast next time.

The internet was not reliable at all. Rooms are small very very small. Good area but not worth the cost especially with the WiFi not functioning as expected

Comfortable small rooms. Clean hotel. Breakfast is okay with great coffee. Staff were cheerful. Restaurants were plentiful outside the hotel. Will stay again.

Lovely hotel in a historic building at the north end of Le Marais. Staff were extremely helpful and room was very comfortable. My only recommendation would be a few more amenities in the washroom eg- hand lotion, shampoo-conditioner, face cloths. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean, cozy,super comfortable bed - and quiet. Was perfect for me. Great location, decent breakfast, nice staff. Nice view

The location is perfect! Many restaurants options, the hotel was clean and the staff really helped me out with my questions, they were super nice and friendly

It was a great location with so many dining, shopping options around. Also, it felt very sage at all hours. The sauna area didn't seem usable or welcoming, and the gym was lack-luster, but I made the few weights work for me. Breakfast was lite and slow to restock after it got very busy. Overall, the service and convenience won me over, all is was just extra if it worked out. I liked my stay.

Hotel is great. Location is great

The photos on ******* are totally misleading. Whilst the location is great, and the reception area is cool and groovy, the room we had was more like a one star cheap hotel by a train station! It was so bad that we left immediately in the morning! Very uncomfortable mattress (hard and you could feel the springs) and the room was unclean, and literally was in dire need of repair! It looked NOTHING like the room on my reservation confirmation! The management did not respond after 24 hours with our concerns. I emailed them immediately with photos. The receptionist did offer to change our room but I didn’t believe it would be any better.
