Good locations, near to train station and walkable distance to Eiffel Tower. Easy access to public transportation. Value for money

Hotel is perfectly adequate - if you want to be in Montparnasse area. It is reasonable walk to Notre Dame and rest of central Paris. Hotel was comfortable, climate controls worked fine, quiet inside and out. Did not use bar or breakfast area.

The room is a bit small, clean and sanitary. It is very close to the train station and is convenient for travel. There is a supermarket downstairs and a vegetable market in the community.
The room is connected to the balcony, which is very convenient for drying clothes and smoking.

We arrived with my friend at 6:30 p.m. (i.e. 30 minutes before curfew) and the receptionist did not want to give us our room because we did not have a blue card to pre-authorize (which did not specified when booking) luckily we found another hotel. Really not at all commercial, I am very disappointed.
