Amazing hotel. We had a room on 4th floor. Very spacious, it was a 3 bed room one. Close to anywhere to walk. Would definitely stay. They have a sister hotel nearby as well.

After hearing a lot of feedback from friends about hotels in Paris, I honestly didn't have high expectations, but this place totally exceeded them! The hotel was incredibly clean, tidied up daily. Coming back after a long day of exploring, finding everything neat and cool was such a pleasant feeling. Plus, our child was exempt from the city tax, which was a nice bonus.

Very good. I booked a double room and the view from the room was excellent. The front desk staff was quite amusing. Breakfast was a bit simple, but I would definitely stay here again if I visit Paris.

Hotel Pax Opera has a good location, very close to the subway, making it convenient for getting around. The room was a bit cramped, but the bathroom was quite spacious. There was no mini-fridge or kettle in the room.

My daughter and I arrived at the hotel at 10.30am and the staff helped us to check in immediately. We could relax for a bit before heading out. Though we booked a standard Double Room, they gave us a Triple Twin bed room. The room is so spacious. My daughter absolutely love it. Also, the location is unbelievably convenient. We could just walk to Galeries Lafayette and Palais Garnier too. There are so many good cafes around which are within walking distance of 15~20 minutes....such as Cult Coffee, Kozy Cafe, Shigure Cafe, Cafe Jirisan and the nice Japanese Ranen place "Isshin Ramen" Highly recommend!

The rooms are clean and perfect , and they have all amenities. People hosting the guests are too kind and amazing. It was a great stay

The hotel has a charming retro vibe. The small windows face a building across the street. It's clean, and while the room isn't huge, it easily fit two 28-inch suitcases. It has a very French feel. The female staff were very enthusiastic, and the male owner was delightful. There's a convenience store and a Chinese restaurant downstairs, and it's super close to the metro station. The street itself is very pleasant. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom in my room didn't have a complete separation between the wet and dry areas, so water tended to splash out towards the toilet.

Besides its great location (right next to Milan Central Station), everything else was quite mediocre. The facilities are old, and both the bathroom and room are very small.

It was a good hotel however the staff on the last night was very rude and not cooperative. They do not have kettles in room and the machine was closed. He was not cooperative to open it though it was mentioned that the staff will support even at the time of closure of machine

Friendly staff. The hotel is located in a vibrant neighbourhood, close to Montmartre and other lovely places. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. Cadet metro station is very close.

Was really convenient with the metro just down the road and walkable distance from main attractions. Rooms are a little smaller than advertised but it was comfortable and has air conditioning which was a must during the summer.
