However, please allow us to provide some clarification: The Executive Suite you reserved was occupied for three nights, and no reports were made during or after your stay. Regarding the air conditioning, it was in operation. After checking, our technician noted that a piece of paper was obstructing the air outlet, which may have temporarily reduced its effectiveness. This problem was resolved as soon as it was detected. Regarding the reception, we are sorry if the behavior of our staff could be perceived as unpleasant. Our team makes it a point of honor to welcome each of our customers with respect and availability. If a misunderstanding has occurred, we sincerely regret it. We take all feedback seriously, as it allows us to constantly improve. Please note that the premises are now fully functional, and we would be delighted to welcome you in better conditions during a future stay.
