The hotel is in an excellent location. Lilou is one of their best receptionists. She want above and beyond. I felt like o was dealing with the manager as she was that good! The entire staff is polite and the breakfast offers good variety. I will definitely return
If you need a place to crash for a couple of nights that's your choice, but I wouldn't stay there for longer -- it's not exactly cozy or squeaky clean. Still better than a hostel though.
Clean room, bathtub, heating, good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, 24 hour coffee maker at reception. The Moulin Rouge and Metro entrances are right in front of the hotel, making it easy to access. This is a great hotel if you don't mind a little noise at night and a lot of adult shops around.

The hotel lobby has a very French charm, but there's no dedicated restaurant. The buffet breakfast was just a line of food trays set up in the lobby. The room was tiny; my 30-inch suitcase couldn't even lie flat. There was a kettle, but we got a broken one. If you ignore the price, it's just about bearable, but at over 7000 a night, I really can't overlook that. It's like staying in a 300-yuan hotel in Shanghai. Nearby, there's a Chinese Maocai restaurant and a Northeastern dumpling place, which we tried and they were both pretty good.
The front desk was unprofessional the first night we checked in and made a mistake about what we should have paid extra. The overall accommodation environment is unsatisfactory. The main reason is that the space is too small, which is different from the photos shown. It is said to be a ”luxury” triple room with a balcony. In fact, there is no view from the window. In addition, the hygienic environment is still acceptable, and it is cleaned very clean every day.
Lovely cinema themed quaint boutique hotel. Although a little small, they sure know how to utilize every space! I arrived late at night but reception was very friendly and even brought me to my room. Staff are really lovely, even offered free good coffee around random time that I was just at living area. My room was just nice for a solo traveler but comfortable. Thank you! 🙏🏽
Good location and close to the metro station “cadet”
Multi-storey car park opposite the hotel. 73 EUR for two days.
Staff were very helpful and kind.
Room was clean, a little small for two people but manageable. You can hear the metro and as we were at the front on the first floor it was a little noisy. I would stay again and recommend to friends.
Great location. It’s just behind gallerie Lafayette. The elevator was broken and very small. It looks new on the photos but it’s actually outdated facility. My room was in very strange place and I had to go outside to reach the room. Not much food choice for breakfast but there is at least Nutella.
The hotel was an unexpectedly nice surprise! It’s a small three star hotel in the 9th arrondissement and it’s very close to the station cadet. V convenient. The room was very small ( do not recommend it if you are v big and 6 ft tall) however the amenities were surprisingly good: small wardrobe big enough to put the suitcase on , a small shower with daily clean towels and absolutely no leakage , good heating, clean room and bed linen, a small comfortable bed , FREE coffee round the clock , a lift !!!!and , a very friendly and helpful manger (max?) and other staff members who were always ready to help. BTW the full breakfast at 15 euro was quite a good bargain
too. Much better than chain 3 star hotels! All in all I would not mind at all to come back next time if I travel alone.
Except for the small size of the room, everything else is good, the smart TV and coffee machine and kettle are good, and the free coffee in the lobby is especially good. The location of the hotel is also OK, it's nice to walk around and have a look

Amazing
GGuest UserI had booked another hotel, but changed to this one at the last minute. It's a small hotel, but it was very clean and the staff were all kind, so I had a very comfortable stay. The location is good, it's close to the metro station and other lines are within walking distance. There are boulangeries, fromages, wine shops, and fruit shops nearby, so there's a good variety of things around. The cheese was delicious.
Traveling with my daughter. My daughter is over 20 now, so I don't sleep in the same bed as her 🤭, so it was a good memory.
It would be fun to live in this city as if I were living there!
GGuest UserI’m not sure if Paris is just expensive in general, but… this place doesn’t really feel like a 5-star hotel.
There’s a musty, almost moldy smell in the room, and the water pressure is so low that it took me forever to take a shower. 😩
But then again, the last 5-star hotel I stayed at didn’t even have hot water, so… I guess low water pressure is something I can live with.
They did upgrade my room, but honestly… aside from being bigger, there’s not much to like.
Since it’s just the two of us, we don’t really need a larger room anyway.
The whole place — from the room itself to the building and even the elevator — feels old and a bit unpleasant.
For a 5-star hotel, it’s really disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it.
There’s an InterContinental right across the street, and the staff there actually greeted guests properly.
It was around the same price, and honestly, I wish I had stayed there instead.
The staff here are very kind, but apart from that, I have to be honest about what really matters to me.
I do appreciate the room upgrade,
but truely the hotel facilities are disappointing.
Ss.chen31Tiny Rooms, but Exceptional Service – Thanks to Emmula!”
My stay at the InterContinental Paris had its pros and cons. The room was **extremely small**, especially for the price, which was disappointing. However, the **outstanding service**—particularly from **Emmula during breakfast**—completely changed my impression.
He was **so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful**, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Thanks to him,I tried the **hot milk**, which was honestly **the best I’ve ever had at any InterContinental worldwide**. Without his warmth, my experience wouldn’t have been nearly as positive.
Yes, the rooms are cramped and overpriced, but **staff like Emmula make this hotel special**. Because of him,I’d even consider returning—this time, **with my mom**. If InterContinental invests in more space while keeping such amazing employees, it’d be perfect!

XXixibukuzaoService: Super nice, very warm and friendly
Hygienic: very clean, well-equipped, the room is a bit small
Facilities: The family room booked is very convenient and quiet
Breakfast is not good...
SShaunaqHotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this location. Rooms are small anywhere in paris in general. Staff spoke multiple languages.
GGuest UserA good hotel for a short stay, comfortable bed and pillows, hot water and good heating, which is very important in the cold season. Breakfasts are always the same, but you will find something to eat. I was quite satisfied with my stay, the only thing is that there is no kettle in the room, but this is not critical.
LLong Tran 런 찬Its not worth my 13xE. The room is super tiny. The hygience is so so. No elevator so be careful if you have a big suitcase. The receiptionist isnt very friendly, probably because im an asian. They would keep your key when you go out. However, the plus point is that you could leave your luggage there after check out time.
GGuest UserWe stayed in a room with 3 beds for the 2 of us friends.
Can’t complain about anything, does what it says on the tin for the price.
Great location and they allow you to store bags if you arrive early/need to leave the city late.
ZZHIYELocated in the 9th district of Paris, in the business district, the public order is very good. Don't worry. It is a 10-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette. There are many restaurants nearby, and there are Chinese and Western restaurants. The choice is very wide.
