Paris 15th arrondissement-Vaugirard Hotels

La ubicación está muy buena y pudimos ir a todos los sitios turísticos con mucha facilidad, el sector a simple vista se creería que es inseguro pero camine en horas tarde de la noche y todo muy bien, el estudio tiene un olor a guardado como a humedad que no es agradable y sentía un poco de desconfianza al vestirme o salir del baño porque la cortina deja ver todo desde afuera así este completamente cerrada.

A very comfortable stay at the hotel which also provide a clean water that can drink direct from the tab. The staff very helpful and respectful and the hotel is super near to the airport

I came to Paris for my birthday trip. The room I booked gave me a superb view of the Eiffel Tower, especially every night. I would say this apartment is value for money, given the price paid for the view. However, 3 large items have disappointed me badly. 1) I was overcharged for the tourist tax. I only found out on the last day during check out that the tourist tax was counted via number of pax, instead of per room. I only had 3 pax staying in the room but was charged the tourism tax for 4 pax, which is the maximum capacity of the room I booked. I did not have the time to pick this up on my last day as my driver was already here and I was rushing to my flight. I am very disappointed with the dishonesty I have faced here. 2) Security is a big issue. I have placed “Do Not Disturb” tag outside my room, but someone still entered my room to pick up the portable heater which one of your staff delivered on the first night. I had many valuables in the room and hence I indicated “Do Not Disturb” as I don’t wish for anyone to enter. This is a big security breach and it happened on my second day of stay. I went down to the reception in the evening instantly when I realised someone has entered. The reception just told me that they are deeply sorry and they can’t do anything, and asked me to see the manager the next day instead. The next day, in the morning at 10:00am 31 Oct 2025, when I asked to see the manager, the reception kept telling me the manager wasn’t available. Even when I came back at 6:00pm the same day, the reception still told me the same thing - manager wasn’t available. It seems like the reception is just hiding and preventing me from talking to the manager. This is utter rubbish. 3) Facilities in my room were not working - the heating rack in the toilet was not working, the lamps in the living room were not working. My entire room was so poorly lit. For a hotel chain under the Accor group, I expect something better.

Absolutely fantastic! I especially want to commend the front desk lady – I think her name was on the little card – she was truly kind and beautiful. Seeing that we arrived on an early flight while it was still dark and very cold, and feeling unsafe, and knowing check-in wasn't until after 11 AM, she proactively arranged a room for us. This saved us both money and time. The location is also superb! I can't praise this hotel enough; I've already recommended it to my friends. Next time I'm in Paris, I'll definitely stay here again. The only thing is the bed is really high, and the hotel doesn't provide slippers, so you need to bring your own.

The room was great overall – spacious, and it came with disposable toiletries and an electric kettle. The hotel room was very clean, towels were changed daily, and it felt very safe. The staff provided excellent service, were responsive, and always ready to answer any questions. The location is good too; there's a supermarket right outside and it's only a 7-minute walk to the subway. I feel it offers good value for money. Highly recommended!

They charged me the city tax for 2 people when it was just me, 1 So i asked them to make a refund and they told me they would do it on the day of my check out And on the day of my check out they told me their boss was not in town or something, and gave me their business card telling me to write them an email So i did TWICE and still havent got any feedback from them It’s been over a week since.. So frustrating

The hotel is very difficult to find, its hidden inside commercial buildings. Uber drivers, people live in the area didn't acknowledge there is a hotel. Room is clean, the kitchen is nice and well equipped. Perfect for 2 people, couple or family. Staff are helpful and efficient.

The hotel is well located, 10-12min walk to the Eiffel Tower (you can see the tower from the outside of the hotel), 10min walk to the metro (Bir Hakim station on line 6 - takes you to the city) and close to places to eat. There's also 2 shopping malls close to this property. The staff was nice and helpful. Lots of entertainment for kids on the GF. The breakfast spread was also nice. The only thing that I missed in the room was an electric kettle to make coffee/ tea.

The staff were very accommodating as we arrived early and they stored our luggage till the room was ready, giving us great advice to go to a very good restaurant across the road, La Camellia. The room was small but we'll presented. The location was perfect for a 15-30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, the Siene, and other historic attractions, restaurants, cafés and bars.

8.5 out of 10 marks. will definitely visit agian. (For next visit please take a note: To make sure more neat bedsheets shall be provided and washroom slippers because it's really not hygiene to walk bare footing on the floor.)
