The property is in an excellent location, just behind the Arc de Triomphe, a mere 2-minute walk away. The building was modern and the rooms were well-appointed, although a little small (though that's the case for Parisian standards), but it was excellent. The staff were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and ready to help even if you don't speak French (they speak many languages). Plus, the metro is right outside the door. I repeat, an excellent property for the service/quality/price ratio. I would return a thousand times over.

Such a lovely experience courtesy of the Hotel Star Champs Elysees! The location is perfect for walking through Paris; within minutes of the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysees and the Eiffel Tower….the Metro is a very short walk and centrally located as well…..although the rooms are small, they are well-appointed and comfortable. If there was any “complaint” it was that housekeeping failed to replenish necessary items unless requested ( soap, coffee pods, creamer etc.) and leaving a soiled cleaning rag on the floor. This minor issue was offset multifold by Front Desk employee MICHAEL, who demonstrated exemplary customer service and attention to detail in a seamless fashion. Questions were answered and suggestions provided with grace (he was even tolerant of my “fractured” French language skills). Without question, this is a hotel that I would visit again without question!

Fantastic location and a superb breakfast. The only minor issue was that we were celebrating a birthday during our stay, but the hotel didn't provide any special recognition.

Quaint little hotel very ideally located in Paris if you wish to do some shopping or find food options all around. We took the quadruple room and had comfortable space for all. Stayed only one night so can’t judge much but it is definitely on a pricier end.

The hotel has a first-rate location, with the Arc de Triomphe just outside. Although the room is a bit small and the elevator is a bit small, its location is really great. The streetfood pancakes opposite are delicious, and at the end of the alley is a Chinese restaurant called Panda Noodle. It is very convenient to go to the Eiffel Tower or the Palace of Versailles.

A Truly Homely and Unforgettable Stay in Paris From the moment I arrived—very late at night—I was warmly welcomed by Flo, whose genuine smile instantly made me feel at home. He offered me water, helped with the check-in, and personally walked me through the hotel’s facilities. He even shared wonderful tips about touring around Paris, which made my stay even more memorable. Matthew and the rest of the team were equally friendly and attentive, creating a warm and caring atmosphere that’s rare to find. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. What I love most is that it doesn’t feel like staying in a hotel—it feels like returning home. The lighting, soft background fragrance, and perfectly balanced temperature make every corner comfortable and inviting. Small touches like freshly brewed coffee and delicious cakes add to the charm, turning simple moments into special memories. The location is also ideal—just steps away from public transport, shops, and great restaurants, making it perfect for exploring the city with ease. My entire experience here was exceptional from star1t to finish. The warmth of the staff, the cozy ambiance, and the thoughtful details make this hotel stand out in every way. It’s more than just a place to sleep—it’s a place to feel welcomed, cared for, and truly at peace. I already miss it and the wonderful people like Flo and Matthew. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris!

Minimalist hotel, good location and nice lobby. Room is simple but is a bit small. But extra luggage they’re able to store in in their lobby store room.

The room is not big, very clean, the view is great, the balcony room is very nice to take pictures, the room is also very warm, the location is good, not far from Xiang Street and the Arc de Triomphe, it is also acceptable to walk to the Eiffel Tower, the staff is very friendly and highly recommended.

Our room was on the sixth floor, and you could occasionally hear the elevator since it's a bit old, but otherwise, the soundproofing was pretty good. The breakfast was also delicious, and the staff were very friendly! It's very close to the M1 metro station, and only about a five-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe, which is very convenient! Just a heads-up, there are no slippers or toothbrushes provided, so you'll need to bring your own or ask the front desk (I didn't ask).
