Ibis Properties in Paris

The room was very small, and the facilities were quite basic. Only simple hangers and disposable cups were provided; there was no kettle or similar amenities. Even on the fifth floor, opening the window for ventilation meant small insects would fly in. The only positive was the very friendly front desk staff, and there's a water dispenser by the elevator where guests can get water. It's a 5-minute walk from the subway station, with fast-food options like McDonald's, KFC, and Five Guys nearby. Although it's located in the notoriously known 18th district, I personally found it acceptable and didn't feel the need to overly worry about safety.

Facilities: Typical minimalist and budget-friendly Ibis style, the bathroom was quite small. Cleanliness: Pretty clean. Environment: Right outside T3, very close, perfect for early morning flights. Service: Very warm and helpful. The lobby is large with a coffee spot and some recreational facilities. There's no water or slippers in the room, but there's a water dispenser downstairs. The luggage room can store bags, and it costs 14 euros for 24 hours for large luggage.

Had a lovely stay here, quiet and clean. Short walk to 2 metro stations, and a few really nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Maybe 20min walk to Eurostar train station, which was perfect for us.

For my trip to Paris, I specifically chose a room with an Eiffel Tower view, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was fantastic, the window view absolutely stunning, and the service incredibly warm and welcoming. If you're not in a rush, I highly recommend taking the charming backstreets to walk to the Eiffel Tower – it's a very pleasant and convenient stroll. I would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It's located in the 14th arrondissement near Montparnasse, which is a relatively safe and quiet neighborhood, and close to the metro station. The room was supposed to have air conditioning, but it was under maintenance during my stay. As compensation, the hotel waived the city tax. Luckily, there was still a fan available.

Overall, a good hotel. The location is very good, as it’s close to the metro station and very close to Montmartre. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and other amenities around, which is great, all within walking distance. The only downside was the size of the room, which was tiny. Not a huge issue for a short person like me, but with two people in the room, it was difficult to move around at times. The towels could also do with an upgrade, as they are very thin and small.  The staff was friendly and helpful, no faults there. However, it would be great if they could take more of a proactive approach to deter antisocial behaviour (a guest was playing loud music on a portable speaker outside the hotel, right at the entrance, at 3 am, and nobody did anything about it).

This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone planning to visit Disneyland. The RER train station is just 30 meters from the hotel entrance, and ticket machines are right as you enter the station. It's only 2.5 Euros for a one-way trip, and it's just one stop to Disneyland, where you exit right at the turnstiles. Super convenient! I could stay here for five nights for the price of one night at an official Disneyland hotel, so it's incredibly good value for money. We went to Disneyland for three days and were super happy with our choice. Getting to central Paris attractions like the Eiffel Tower is also quite easy; it takes about 40 minutes if there's no traffic. Breakfast was also good, and the environment was clean and hygienic. My only minor gripes are that the hairdryer requires you to continuously press a button, and there's no kettle, but that's typical for a chain hotel. There's a Vietnamese pho restaurant right next to the hotel, which was a lifesaver after not having had Asian food for over ten days. If I come back again, I'll definitely choose this place.

I have picked this hotel due to nice location. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Metro station few minutes from hotel. Rooms smaller than expected and we were charged for luggage storage before checking in. We have came with an infant and group of friends at different times and we were the only one that couldn’t check in early as apparently no rooms were ready … the staff could be nicer. The lobby was nice and overall we had ok stay.

The staff is very welcome and sympathetic. Broad choice at the level of the small day The room is small but clean and the bed is comfortable. Near a metro line
