The Service, Location and People all around was Outstanding! First, my wife chose the right hotel because it was (I believe) the perfect location to be in Paris. It is right on the Champs-Elysees in the middle of everything - Shopping, Food, Bus and the Metro to getaway and explore. Secondly, Atika - Melissa - Charles were wonderful Hosts in the Front Desk. Atika arranged the Train, ride to the train station, etc...for our trip to Belgium. It went perfectly. There was an attempt of a ”pickpocket” group of 8 little girls but pushing them away took care of that. Anton, waiter for breakfast, was wonderful. He packed us a snack for the train and he took care of us every morning. Housekeeping was thorough and neat. Very nice people! Door Men were gentlemen. Negatives: No bed is never like what you have at home. By the 4th day, our backs were hurting because we weren't used to the bed. However, the sheets were nice, soft and clean. The clothes dryer in the laundry room took more than 5 cycles to completely dry our laundry, but VERY THANKFUL it was complimentary. I strongly recommend the Fraser Suites Le Claridge Champs-Elysees!

The hotel is on a small road in Xiang Street, the location is super good, there are many shopping nearby. The service is good, the room is very diligent. The bathroom has a bathtub. It is the water that is sent compared to the vial. The first day was a small Evian, and the next day it became a mini Evian.

From arriving to departing I have to say this hotel was fantastic. The staff are attentive, professional, friendly and all spoke excellent English which helped me feel at home during my stay in Paris. I had booked via a third party site but still received the pre arrival outreach from the hotel. A very nice touch and certainly something that set the expectations for excellent service. Location is excellent if you want to be near the Champs-Élysées and popular sightseeing locations such as the Eiffel Tower. Very easy to retreat to your hotel with the shopping you might do on Champs-Élysées! I was attending the final stage of the Tour de France so the hotel was in the perfect location for this. I booked an Executive room which was very spacious, included a sofa and a very nice bath and shower. Mini bar, coffee/tea facilities etc all more than adequate. I can't think of anything I'd add or change about the room but I will certainly book a room with a balcony or a better view next time. Food at the restaurant was very good. I do appreciate that the cost of the breakfast is the same in the restaurant and in your room. That's something I don't think I've come across in my travels but it's such a good idea. The web site/portal provided by the hotel for guests was also very good and easy to use. It made many things useful from reading newspapers to booking things like room service, taxis and private transfers (amongst many other things). The use of whatsapp to message customers daily was also a unique but helpful touch. This made it very easy to arrange things like taxis when I needed this. Overall, you've probably guessed by now, this is an excellent hotel that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others or stop at again myself.

Very nice hotel about 3 blocks from Arc de Triomphe. We walked to everything. Very clean and seems to be recently renovated with modern baths and electronics. The restaurant was just a bit minimalist. And, our experience with getting cars, etc. was so-so. Still, would choose it again as a reasonably-priced (for Paris!) 5-star property.

This was our second stay at Magda in the past year! We loved the location. Close to the Arc de Triumph where all trains can depart from. The staff were amazing. Felix was helpful with any questions or requests we had. I was looking for a grocery store and another staff member who had just finished her shift walked me over it it. That was so kind. Room’s immaculate. Close to McDonald’s where we had cappuccinos every morning and our granddaughter had her smoothie. Reasonable price considering all the benefits. Would return again!

You can add an extra bed, but the super bed is indeed very big, the hotel is in a good location, just near the Eiffel Tower, but if you don't choose a view room, you can see the street view. The design and collection of the hotel lobby are highlights, the small garden can not be missed, very beautiful. As far as the room is concerned, the honesty can be said to be normal, the service is indeed very good. When checking in at the front desk, there were Chinese receptions and smooth communication. Overall it is still great.

The hotel location is quite convenient, in a small yard. Every morning there is a fruit stand and a vegetable stand on the street in front of the street, and then there are large supermarkets and shopping malls. If you want to go to the Champs-Élysées, it takes about 10 minutes, and there are many restaurants along the way. The environment and health were ok, and the waiters were basically responsive. But maybe because I booked a triple room, the room was slightly small.

The room is super comfortable, put aside being spoilt all those years with big space on holidays, you should be in your room to wind down after a long day and have a great sleep, CitizenM delivers that and more! Beautiful hotel...perfect location for our 2 nights in Paris. Friendly, helpful and happy staff . Nothing negative to say at all. Lots of wonderful restaurants and cafes within 5 min walk from our room. Our stay in Hotel Le Colisee was superb! The rooms were always clean and in order.. The breakfast has a decent spread of yoghurts, cereals, fruits, cold cuts, juices, and lots of pastries. A limited number of cups of coffee is also available by request to the hostess. Staff were cheerful, helpful, and cordial. Location is unbeatable, you’re literally steps away from Champs Élysées and an entrance to Metro Franklin D Roosevelt’s line 1. Despite being in a super touristy location, Hotel Le Colisee was quiet and felt really safe.

When I checked in, I said there was no breakfast in my room. Later I confirmed with Ctrip again and again. The room obviously includes a mini bar, but it still charged me a bottle of water. It cost 5 euros, so I would n’t drink it. Although the speaking attitude was very friendly, the luggage was rushed several times before being delivered to the room. The most terrible thing was that someone suddenly knocked on the door while sleeping, and someone opened the door without a timely response! Fortunately, there were two doors, and I immediately called the man out.

The location is very good, just a few minutes to the Avenue Montaigne, very close to the subway station, very convenient for eating and drinking nearby. Absolutely terrible place. This is not a hotel it is apartments. The night before I was due to book into the room they contacted me at 10.30pm telling me that there had been a mix up with my room and I now was not staying in the Concorde executive suite I was now staying in the Eiffel room. Which a room downsized from what I had booked 3 weeks before. I replied to them I wanted a full refund because that was not what I booked 3 weeks ago. They replied that it was not there thought it was a new person had double booked the room. I contacted book.com and explained what the hotel had done and they contacted the manager. 2 hours later they finally contacted me and said I could have the room that I had booked. This was not a good start… when I arrived in Paris the following day it was really hard to find the hotel which is apartments and the code I had been given was the wrong code so I had to stand outside for 2 hours due to they don’t answer the phone. When I finally get access the place looked nothing like the pictures. It was dark dirty and horrible. I was told I could not book in yet but could leave my cases and come back at 3pm. I was given a phone by the cleaner who was dealing with me and it was the manager he asked who I was and laughed on the phone and said the room I had booked someone else had checked in it already. I really did not find this funnny as he did. When I came back at 3pm the owner was sitting in the reception and he was extremely flash and rude. He showed us to the suite which by the way was not a suite it was a small dark room and nothing like the pictures. There was marks on the walls and the door was damaged. When I said I don’t want to stay here and can I have my money back . He said go and stay in the four seasons and there was no way I was getting my money back ever…. And then see me out in the street . Do £1100 down and having to find another hotel. Disgusting….. DO NOT stay at this place …. Also homeless people begging outside
