The room size isnt as generous as you would expect for a 1 bedroom suite but it did fit family of 4. The AC wasn't really working and the washing machine was faulty. Reported it to the concierge but still not fixed the next day. Luckily there is a self-help laundramat about 300 meters from the hotel. The location is great and central and with easy access to scooters and bikes which I reckon is the best way to get around Paris.

The hotel is within 5 minutes walk from the back door of the Louvre. It is in the center of the city. It is the subway station No. 1 line. There are supermarkets, restaurants and drug stores nearby. It is very convenient. Service attitude is also very good. The room was small but everything was good and the breakfast was very good. With a 5-year-old doll, when I booked the room, I thought I could sleep together. There are basically children in Europe who ask for an extra bed. I can't understand it at first, but I know that the bed is about 1.5, so the extra bed will be more comfortable. Thank you, Ctrip has been helping to communicate, and finally helped upgrade the room type.

This hotel is in the middle of everything!!! Has a great bar and restaurant. The staff is very nice and friendly!! We stayed for 6 days, and our room was kept clean every day. We had the opposite experience of some of these reviews, as we had fresh towels, a clean room and bathroom and refilled tea and coffee. So thanks for housekeeping. (Also MAKE SURE you put a sign on the door saying you want your room cleaned.) We also got a Taxi within 5 minutes of asking for one to take us to the airport. We have decided on our next trip to Paris, that it will be our go to Hotel. Thank you for our perfect stay!!!!

The hotel is very new, beautifully decorated, stylish and reasonable, and the rooms are small but adequate. The toiletries in the room are L'Occitane, a capsule coffee machine and a kettle, slippers, no toothbrush and toothpaste, and a half bottle of champagne. The front desk service was especially good. When I left, I asked if I needed to bring a bottle of water to drink. In the afternoon, I also provided free tea. It is a very cost-effective hotel in Paris. Stay next time!

The whole experience was superb. Everything was perfect. The location, the room was veryyy big, everything was very clean and tidy. The location is central, you can go on foot to Lafayette or take the metro which is literally outside the hotel. MUST: Go for breakfast or late night desert at La creme which is on the right side of the hotel!!! Dont take hotel breakfast you will not need it!

We usually pick hotels that have a great location. This hotel is in a fantastic location. In addition, the staff is extremely friendly! I have no complaints about the staff at all. The only reason I gave the hotel four stars is because of the rooms. The deluxe room is a great size, but some of the shampoo bottles weren't filled. There was also questionable stains on the chaise (oh dear). There was also a hole in the ceiling. When we went, the hotel did let us know there would be no hot water for a couple hours and that they were experiencing varying water temperatures (from cold to hot). However, these issues are not the end of the world. There will always be issues no matter where you go. The executive lounge at the top is great for night snacks that runs from 530 to 730. The lounge closes at 11 pm. There is a wide variety of seating and drinks. Definitely worth visiting also for nice views.

It's very good. It's very close to the Louvre and the Grand Palace. It is also very convenient to walk to the 8th and 9th corners at the corner of the 2 fountains. The hotel facilities are very new. I originally thought that the hotel would be old in 2000. Actually, the buildings in Paris are old, but the hotel itself is very new and the facilities are very good. It also provides umbrellas and luggage storage. Opposite the hotel is a Japanese restaurant, the business is good, but the snapper noodles are really unacceptable and extremely fishy.

We stayed here for six nights. The service was exceptional! Everyone was extremely friendly and service-oriented. The room on the top floor was small but efficiently laid out so it didn't feel so small. The bed was comfortable and the location was great--very near the Louvre. I loved having the two drawers below the sink, as well as some counter space, to keep all of my toiletries. Even before we left the states, I wrote them several times with questions (like is there a hairdryerr--yes there is--a strong one), and they answered right away each time. There's an ”honor” bar is a lovely setting where we spent our last night reflecting on our 17-day vacation. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was exceptional. Everything was close by by feet, many cafes and restaurants, as well as the Latin Quarter which is also full of restaurants and bars. Moreover, the hotel was really close to a metro station, as well as a couple of bus station, if someone is not interested in walking. The only issue (which was not so terrible once you get used to it) is that the room (I had booked a single room) had a very small bathroom.
