Serviced apartment, we stayed in Paris for 8 nights, very convenient. First of all, the location is good. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Notre-Dame du Louvre d'Orsay, and there are two subway stations nearby, which is also very convenient. In the past few days, we mainly visited museums on foot. Secondly, although it is cleaned every two or three days, there is unlimited towels at the self-service, and it is equipped with a microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator and dishwasher. This week, we basically made breakfast in the room with bread and other things bought at Carrefour City Supermarket. , tableware, toaster, etc. complete, perfect! Then, the free coffee and chocolate downstairs are also great. I have to drink one before going out and after coming back every day. It’s cloudy and rainy in Paris these days and it’s cold. It’s not too comfortable to drink a cup of hot chocolate right away when you get back to the hotel.

The room was clean and tidy. The waiter on the day of check-in said that there was no luggage storage. We thought we had to take the luggage when we left the hotel. Fortunately, we asked the staff that there was still luggage storage service! Would recommend to friends and family to book.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is good, there are many restaurant bookstores around, the front desk service is very good, but the breakfast waiter is not very enthusiastic, take the initiative to go to the tea, it is very slow, the others are very good, will stay next time

Best hotel! Made for a perfect home base for our mom daughter trip! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Every time we walked into the hotel we felt at home. Sanjay was incredible! He made us feel like we were the most special guests at the hotel and we know he made everyone feel that way! He was always checking in to see if we needed anything and see how we were doing. I contacted him a month or 2 prior to our stay and he made wonderful suggestions! He made us reservations for dinners- each one more delicious than the other and helped us secure tickets during our trip within minutes of asking! The airline lost our luggage and he worked diligently to help us get it back the next day. The hotel is truly lovely, decorated beautifully, comfortable and clean! We really enjoyed getting into bed after full days on our feet! Location was perfect too! When we return to Paris we will 100% stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you for a great vacation! Can’t wait to return!

The location and environment are very good; The room is small, but fully functional and very thoughtful; The hotel’s security management is in place, with an access control system and people on duty. Toiletries are also very good. Although the breakfast is simple, it is very good among the many four-star European hotels without breakfast. The meal reception time at 10:30 is very convenient for travellers. Will definitely book this hotel again next time.

Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations. This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service. Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing. On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience. In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Easy to go shopping, walk the Louvre, Otseia, Orange Garden, the Palais des Palais des Palais de la Palais, Luxembourg, Notre Dame (renovated), Saint Chapel, Paris ancient prison, Shakespeare bookstore, etc., within 20 minutes. The hotel room is more spacious, the layout has a bit of French classical taste, the service is good, the two uncles at the front desk are very kind and humorous, but the room furniture is old, the hygiene is general, the bath needs to stand in the bathtub and no shower curtain, although dry and wet separation, but the bathroom is closed and small. There are many restaurants around, and the LV store opposite the downstairs is the famous Huashen Cafe. There is a large department store food supermarket on the right side of the right intersection of the hotel. There are everything, but there are no Chinese restaurants within two kilometers. There are only two Japanese meals and two Japanese ramen restaurants, which is slightly inconvenient. In addition, the hotel entrance is the taxi stand-by point, give the travel added convenience.

I had a double room. It was very clean and calm, with a large bathroom. The rooms' decoration is certainly dated and basic but it is functional. The person at the reception the day I left was extremely helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located: about 100m from Gare Saint Lazare (and the metro) and very close to shops and large department stores in a very lively neighbourhood. I would happily stay there again. Great value for money.
