Personally took us to the room to explain the facilities in the house and reminded us of the traffic conditions in Paris. The hotel was very clean, I was a bit clean, so I never used the hotel's bath towels, but I used this hotel! Their bath towels should be sunburned! In short, I like this hotel very much, and I will stay here in Paris later!

Staff, concierge, and services were great. It does have a small elevator, but its new and not meant for a football team. Breakfast had excellent coffee and choices to get going. The breakfast experience was pleasant, and started the day great. The room was clean and updated, good shower, linens, and there is a safe. Small, but we didn't intend on spending any time in the room. the location works great, small walk to subway (didn't use because of the strikes) small walk to the local train station, and Roissey bus which is also not bad to use. The bus was not running when we came in, so we took an overpriced cab. (don't do that). Very short walk if you average 3-4 miles a day like we did, to the Louvre, place de la Concorde, Orangerie, D'Orsay, and Isle de la Citie. (in another direction, Eiffel tower isn't far). Lots of dining nearby, ATM, groceries. Again, staff was helpful with our bad French, and it all worked out great.

The bed was cozy and the modern amenities allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay to the fullest. We were also impressed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby to the common areas, everything was impeccably maintained. However, what really made the difference was the exceptional staff at the hotel. The manager, Jihad, was always present during the day, personally ensuring that every detail was taken care of to make our stay memorable. His kindness and professionalism are to be commended. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Doudou, a truly fabulous member of staff. His considerate attitude and his dedication during a small technical incident are to be underlined. He provided us with personalized service that made our stay truly special. Also to highlight, the remarkable breakfast that was offered. A real banquet for the taste buds, it offered an incredible choice of savory and sweet dishes. Different cereals, fresh fruits, a variety of fresh juices, as well as different breads and baguettes which were just very good. Also the coffee served was well made from a well known brand (What Else?) which added an extra touch to our morning dining experience. It remains to say that the hotel is ideally located if you want to visit the great monuments and the Place de Paris...the Place de la Concorde, Place Vendôme, and other Faubourg St Honoré are 10-15 minutes away. feet and the path that leads you there allows you to do some shopping. In conclusion, the hotel Maison Albar Le Diamond undoubtedly deserves all the praise. With warm and smiling service, magnificent decor, comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms, this establishment exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. Thanks again to Jihad, Doudou and the whole team for their exceptional hospitality.

This property literally is our second home. Rooms are clean, breakfast is perfect, and the value for money is unbeatable. The service we receive consistently is very similar if not better from luxury hotels. We’ve been staying in this stylish boutique property since 2018 and each stay feels like being welcomed by family. Jan the director ensures we are treated like royalty. Leon of reception is an enabler, he is the soul of Hotel Mathis. A pillar of the hotel, he is the Monsieur Gustave if Mathis is the Grand Budapest hotel! He makes things possible. Delphine and Guillaume are always there to assist. Julia of breakfast is like a mother who ensures we are well-fed. Daniel and Marcus take the extra mile during night shifts and are assistive especially on late night food deliveries. Sasha never complains no matter how heavy our luggage are! I can say our hearts belong to this hotel.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet the hotel is steps away from the Champs-Elysées and also from two metro stops. The best part of the hotel, however, was the concierge / bartender named Mehdi. He is an expert at finding Paris' best restaurants, and he made reservations for us for some wonderful dinners. It was great to converse with him over drinks at the hotel's bar, and he was truly helpful and insightful. Definitely try his French style aperol spritz! He made our stay at the hotel extra special, and we feel lucky to have met him and to have stayed at the Hotel Amastan.
