Hotels near Theatre de la Huchette in Paris

The hotel is excellently located at the heart of the Latin Quarter, less than 50 meters from the Place de St. Michel. The hotel staff are extremely nice, funny and helpful. They offered us a room with a balcony and truly made our stay in Paris the most romantic ever. It was near the Tootbus stop, walking distance from Notre Dame, right beside the Metro and from Gare du Nord to the hotel by taxi was quite affordable. Some things maybe not so convenient was the size of the toilet and the noise from the streets below in the evening. Early morning wee hours we can hear some youths drunk and making noise below. But overall the lovely outlook of the building and its location outweighs any challenges. We highly recommend this hotel. The next time we're in Paris, we will surely return to this place.

Good hotel. Solid experience. Feels like a 4 star hotel. Kind and accommodating staff. Giving me extra soft tissues as I had a cold during my stay. Nice little french balcony. Good location near metro and lots of restaurants and bars. Close to notre dame, and jardin luxembourg. Walkable pretty neighborhood(Paris 5eme) right by Sorbonne University. Would come back, hopefully without a cold next time. Only drawback, bar is seldom serviced and the selection is limited.

The service here was great! I arrived super early after a 10 hour flight to Paris, the front desk agent was able to find me a room, no problem. The other agents and staff were kind and helpful as well! Thanks so much for adding to the trip of a lifetime 😊❤️

Serviced apartment, we stayed in Paris for 8 nights, very convenient. First of all, the location is good. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Notre-Dame du Louvre d'Orsay, and there are two subway stations nearby, which is also very convenient. In the past few days, we mainly visited museums on foot. Secondly, although it is cleaned every two or three days, there is unlimited towels at the self-service, and it is equipped with a microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator and dishwasher. This week, we basically made breakfast in the room with bread and other things bought at Carrefour City Supermarket. , tableware, toaster, etc. complete, perfect! Then, the free coffee and chocolate downstairs are also great. I have to drink one before going out and after coming back every day. It’s cloudy and rainy in Paris these days and it’s cold. It’s not too comfortable to drink a cup of hot chocolate right away when you get back to the hotel.

Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations. This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service. Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing. On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience. In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. The hotel is beautiful, the location is good, there are many restaurant bookstores around, the front desk service is very good, but the breakfast waiter is not very enthusiastic, take the initiative to go to the tea, it is very slow, the others are very good, will stay next time

The elevator is very small, and it has been very hard to add an elevator to this old house. The rooms are small in the style of an old European hotel. The rooms near the road may be noisy. You must give the key to the front desk when you go out and collect it when you come back. Nearby are all attractions, Shakespeare’s Bookstore, Notre Dame Cathedral, Pantheon, University, not far from the Flower God Cafe, you can walk slowly, there are also subway stations nearby.

Overall it was very good Seine River and Luxembourg Park are both within walking distance, so it was nice to take a walk. Public transportation is a bit vague, but I almost went to Odeon Station. Most of all, the front desk staff were very friendly, so it was a very comfortable stay and the security was good. If you are in a single room, be sure to ask for a good view on a higher floor :)

It has a quite good location. but still little bit far from the city center. And staff at front desk are not that work well. they are sometimes confusing what bed is available. also they are not that concentrating on the online booking. seems like… But really clean and good facilities i highly recommend

Good points : spotlessly clean,modern and very central Room has a phone,alarm clock,iron and built in wardrobes,a safe and drawers to put stuff in BBC world news available on a 40' TV (all the rest were French) Staff very friendly and helpful Bad points : Tiny rooms,I was in a privilege room and frankly would be worried about the under privileged It was so tiny,you wouldn't swing a cat in it There was no balcony,you'd be forgiven for thinking there might be having seen the website and you'd certainly wonder what you paid extra for There is a window that opens wide You will have an awful lot of street noise Breakfast : if you want a fried egg or an Omelette, you're handed the pan and the cooker is turned on for you.. There are some luke warm 'hot breakfast items,cold meats and various continental breakfast items Coffee is brought to your table for you (from a machine I think),nothing else Basically you're getting a 2.5* functional experience here Would I stay again? Not really Too small and too basic
