The hotel looks unimposing from outside, but inside it is sparkling and swanky. The rooms are large and they have put effort to give it the five-star look and feel. They provide all the amenities. There is a small pool with a view of the falls. The rooms also offer a fantastic view of the falls and the mountains. Barring that there is little to do. There is one restaurant which offers typical global cuisine. The food is good, but can be more flavourful. What stands out is the service from the staff. From the front desk to the dining room staff, they are eager to please and every ready to serve with a smile

Clean and modern room. Stunning views. DELICIOUS food. Courteous staff. Beware of Monkeys though, they come outta nowhere and definitely take your stuff.

One of the best interior decorations I have seen in a hotel. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully done. The view from the balcony is excellent and the location is fantastic as the ticket counter to the waterfalls is just 100 meters away. The best part of our stay though was the food!!! Just wow. The chicken biryani was delicious as it was served with a side of raita and green apple pickle (my favorite!) The fish mango curry was the best I have had so far (beats Paragon!) and the chicken steak for dinner was also amazing. A good spread for breakfast and not a single dish I could complain about. Overall, service of the staff was also excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!

The location is ideal if you're going to the the water falls, you can see it from the restaurant and from all the rooms. The property is only 3 years old and hence the rooms and fittings are new. Breakfast is buffet but lunch and dinner are A la carte. Unfortunately menu dishes are mainly non Kerala to cater for majority of their guests but the manager and chef are happy to oblige cook for your taste. Naushad / Devi and the restaurant team are very friendly and happy to be at your service. I think it's the best hotel in Athirapally 😊👍

The location is what brought me here .. the waterfalls are very magnificent and the staff were accommodating and friendly.. the was good but some dishes could be improved .. I was concerned about the cleanliness of our room , I hope next time the place will be more clean .. thank you

The location of the hotel was wonderful. also, the staff all were kind specially (Abhirami, Manoj) The food in restaurants was delicious
