Best Western Park City Wichita North

Very welcoming. Clean lobby and room. I gave it a 4 because the mattress sits on a metal frame which sounds like thunder everytime you move however, was comfortable. Parking is plentiful but have to drive through residential to get it.

It was a great stay. Rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was a little lacking but good for a free breakfast. I will definitely stay here again on future trips.

Toilets in rooms were extremely loud when flushed Metal panels wrapped around bed frames made noise when you got into or out of bed Bathtubs are installed backwards so that the drain is at the end where you would sit when taking a bath.

Extreme friendly staff who engaged in great conversation very comfortable rooms was perfect after a 12-hour Drive and the breakfast was beyond enough so thank you very much

Everything was very clean and the rooms were updated. The breakfast was good too. The location is so convenient to the arena where we attended a concert. There were 2 close restaurants very close by as well. A couple of complaints we have is the water pressure in the shower was not very strong and we had an adjoining door to the next room that let in a lot of noise with a baby crying next door at bedtime.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful during check in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the dining area was spotless. It was a good location with restaurants and gas station nearby.

Staff was courteous and efficient at check-in and facility generally clean. Our 1st floor room was apparently near a mechanical room where a compressor kicked on and off approximately every 20 minutes all night resulting in minimal sleep for me despite ear plugs. Facility has some miles on it. This was evident in bath area where modifications that had taken place over the years were evident including different paint colors in the bath/shower area. Tub and toilet were in a very small separate room from sink and mirror. After sampling breakfast near the end of the serving period we elected to get breakfast elsewhere as gravy was tepid and eggs without flavor.
