The location, service, and comfort are all great.
The room was quite in modern style and we were upgraded from superior to premiere king room and that the room was so big comparing to others in HK.

We booked the hotel since my husband was enjoying it when a child. Unfortunately , you can see that the hotel has aged within the passed years - there were some stains on the carpet that are probably impossible to wash off, in some places there were air bubbles on the wallpaper. However, I would like to point out the flawless service of the staff - the amenities were always in place, the cleaning was greatly done every day and they even presented us with the honeymoon cake as we wrote this info for our stay. In addition, we found the mountain view stunning and enjoyed the location next to the major shopping centre and 30 mins walk from the city centre. All in all, a great experience and we would like to come back here again!

The hotel is located in a prime location where you can easily go to clarke quay or CBD areas. There is a shopping mall across the street. As in a prime location, you will expect everything is in a tiny size, like the room and the lobby. Can't complain about the swimming pool as expected small but surprisingly big enough as there are 2 lanes for your causal practice. Breakfast does not come with many choices but fair enough. They tidy up our rooms every day which I think is a plus.
