"El hostal estaba muy bien ubicado para poder ir al Pabellón de Alcudia, nuestro intención. Llegábamos a las 18:00 (diciembre) y teníamos que llamar para que alguien venía para el Check-in pero tardaba muy poco. La habitación perfecto para nosotros. Hacía un frío que quizás se podían haber dejado la calefacción encendido antes de la llegada, pero calentaba cuando regresabamos. La ducha bien pero tardaba bastante la salida de agua caliente, pero por el precio estábamos muy agusto, sin tener que volver por la noche a Palma. Altamente recomendado! No hemos probado el desayuno porque fuimos a una cafetería local."

"While there is so much to commend about this hotel (the cleanliness, the excellent breakfast, the beautiful pool and spa) overall I was a little disappointed. The experience fell quite far short of a 5* experience and the hotel was not value for money. There were no toiletries in the room (toothbrush, razor etc) and the water was not replaced after the first day. Outside the hotel, the streets are full of rubbish and it can be a challenge to find a parking spot. "

Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca."

"The overall environment of the hotel is good, but the room has a damp smell and insufficient ventilation. The buffet breakfast is very rich and very satisfying! In addition, children need to pay separately for staying, which I have never encountered before."

"The hotel met our expectations. The room was very clean, the breakfast was very rich and tasty, the service was great. The hotel deserves the highest rating. Only two things could be improved: the light in the corridor is so strong at night that it shines through the cracks between the doors into the room and it is too bright. The room was also too warm, even with the air conditioning on. It was difficult to fall asleep because of this."
