Suwon Hotels with Parking

"Due to a change of circumstances, I stayed 2 nights despite I booked 4 nights. I tried to send them an email on 12 February's evening to cancel my stay on 16 February, but they replied to me on 13 February that I could only cancel 3 days in advance. I understood that I sent them late on 12 February, but I didn't know the cut-off time and I had an emergency to shorten my trip. It was my second time staying here. I am not sure if the settings were different since I was assigned a different room. This time, they provided disposable slippers (which was good for hygiene's reason) and there was a smart toilet seat (also good for me!). I had a problem turning off the 2 nights beside my bed and when I tried to ask the front desk, there was no one available (looks like they don't have any staff on duty after 23:00). The problem was resolved by unplugging the key card that I was asked to insert to turn on the power of the room (not sure if this is the right way to do that though). Another issue was that I was waken up by music before 8am on the next day (I had an early flight the day before and I really needed the sleep). I found the source - It came from the loud speakers of a car which stopped in front of the construction site next to the hotel. There were 2 men with banners and they seemed to be protesting about something? The music was so loud that I could hear very clearly on the 6th Floor. There were stains on the carpet, but the cleanliness was okay overall. The parking spaces are too few and this is something the hotel needs to improve. All in all, it was a good value for money. The location was good - there were lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby and a huge supermarket in walking distance. If I go to Suwon again, I may choose this hotel again."

"The bed is good. The cleanliness is perfect. I have rhinitis, so if the cleaning is not good, my nose gets blocked, but here I slept well with my nose unclogged. The room is spacious. I couldn't help but think, ”Is this much space worth this price?” There were some cons, such as there being no bathtub, the hotel facilities were lacking, there were steps when getting on and off the elevator, and there was a lot of noise from the next room, and people talking in the hallway could be heard, but it's not bad."

"It takes about 10 minutes to walk out of Exit 8 of Suwon Station, passing by a busy commercial district. The room has floor heating, which is very comfortable in winter. Korea now requires you to bring your own toothbrush, please note."

"This is the best value hotel I've ever been to. It's so clean and has two queen-sized beds, so it's enough for 4 people to sleep together. The room size is twice that of a regular hotel. The water pressure is also really strong, and they give you 4 bottles of water. However, the fact that there's no bidet in the bathroom seems a bit out of place for a hotel. The faucet is also American standard, so I wonder why there's no bidet. Oh, and there's a lot of thumping noise from the upper floor, so if you're sensitive, please take note. Still, this is the best hotel you can find in this price range."

"Everything from the hotel is great including; staff, housekeeping, wifi, water system, location. I just find it hard to squeeze liquid out of soap, shampoo bottle tho😅 One thing that disturb my stay is that, those AHJUMMAS were so loud in the hall way, late at night and super early in the morning and sometimes were on the phone in front of my room. I can hear them clearly. Other than that, I would stay here again .. love it!!"

"I had issues with the room’s air quality and lack of adequate temperature control during my recent stay. The room was only equipped with a heating system in winter, making the air feel stuffy and uncomfortable, especially at night. Unfortunately, there was no fan or air conditioning available to help with the situation. Additionally, the room service was subpar, with meals arriving cold and dry."

"The room is big in Korea. The hygiene is also good. The key point is that the attitude of the front desk guy is really good. Although it is not a high-end hotel, the service attitude is definitely much better than that of many high-end hotels. Let's not talk about other hotels. Let's compare it with the Four Points Sheraton not far from this hotel. The service attitude of the front desk of this hotel is 10,000 times better than that of the Four Points Sheraton. "I followed the location information on Trip.com and went down to the underground shopping mall of Suwon Station and exited through Exit 11. I could easily find the 'Rodeo Street' sign because it was right there. Since 'Rodeo Street' is connected to 'Hyanggyo-ro', it was very easy to find, and the owner's kindness is the strength of this accommodation. I think it is a good value for money accommodation for the price. If I have another chance to go near Suwon Station, I want to go there again and stay there."
