A good option in Andorra, although with some minor issues that could be improved We stayed at the Mercure Andorra Hotel for a few days and, overall, had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, right in the center of Andorra la Vella, within walking distance of the main shopping streets and with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning and impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast is very complete and varied, with high-quality sweet and savory options. The hotel also has good facilities, including a pool, spa, and gym, which is a great way to relax after a day of shopping or mountain activities. However, we did find one minor drawback: there are no power outlets near the bed, which can be inconvenient if you need to charge devices like your phone or laptop at night. This would be a detail that could be improved to make the stay even more comfortable.

Although located in the bustling city center, the hotel is very quiet inside, completely unaffected by the outside noise, achieving a ”quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle”.

Perfect location! Right by the shopping street and bus station, easy to walk everywhere. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but had everything we needed. Very happy with our stay. Would recommend.

I loved the hotel, excellent reception! Especially since I was sick and alone, I was cared for as if they were my family. They made soup to help me feel better, bought medicine for me, and I received the best care and attention the entire time until the moment I left. An example of care that everyone should follow! Speaking of the room, perfect. It exceeded the expectations of the photos, the central location is perfect. I recommend everyone to stay at this excellent hotel!
