Guest UserHighly recommend staying here, it was a pleasant surprise. Lake Grundlsee and Hallstatt are even quieter and more beautiful than expected. It's very close to the Alps, offering stunning views of snow-capped mountains. The hotel itself is fantastic, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious, though a bit pricey. However, the minibar drinks are free and all-you-can-drink, with a great variety (about 10 bottles/cans!). Plus, there's a sauna available. It's a really excellent resort hotel.

The view is very good. It takes 20 minutes to drive in Harstadt. The room is smaller than the promotional picture. It is at another front desk, but it is not far from the public area and the restaurant. Many men in the sauna are **, which will make people startle. Dinner service can be served, but breakfast and dinner are not good.

张焦Zhangjiao WienThe hotel’s location is very good, the mountains surround the scenic town, but every summer there is the largest classical music festival in Europe. The hotel is right next to the city hall in the city center, next to the pedestrian street, convenient for eating, drinking, and shopping. Large parking spaces. The staff is very kind, the room is very comfortable and I slept very well.

The hotel's environment completely exceeded my expectations. The surroundings were as tranquil and beautiful as a fairyland. I've already recommended it to friends for their vacations. The breakfast was also excellent, plentiful, and delicious. It's suitable for a relaxing stay of three days or more; my two-night stay was too short! Personally, I think it's even more suitable for a relaxing vacation than Hallstatt. There are far fewer people, and the tranquil lake view is perfect. It's my favorite hotel during this European trip, and it's my top choice for all my travels over the years!

matress was worn out. cheap and thin pillow. staff was very friendly though and breakfast was of decent quality. a bit more fresh fruit would have been nice but can not blame them cause of very low occupancy due to season.
the location does not get a lot of sunlight amd you need a car if you want to dine out during off season..
