Highly recommend staying here, it was a pleasant surprise. Lake Grundlsee and Hallstatt are even quieter and more beautiful than expected. It's very close to the Alps, offering stunning views of snow-capped mountains. The hotel itself is fantastic, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious, though a bit pricey. However, the minibar drinks are free and all-you-can-drink, with a great variety (about 10 bottles/cans!). Plus, there's a sauna available. It's a really excellent resort hotel.

The view is very good. It takes 20 minutes to drive in Harstadt. The room is smaller than the promotional picture. It is at another front desk, but it is not far from the public area and the restaurant. Many men in the sauna are **, which will make people startle. Dinner service can be served, but breakfast and dinner are not good.

We had Apartment 37 for 5 people. Since we were actually from 3 different families, I can highly recommend this apartment 😄. It has 2 separate bedrooms, a bathtub with a toilet, a shower with a toilet, and a sofa bed in the living area, and of course, a small kitchen. The kitchen equipment was actually our only point of criticism; in our opinion, there wasn't enough cutlery or good kitchen knives for 5 people. We just always washed the forks and knives right away. The reception staff were very competent, polite, and helpful!!!! The indoor pool and sauna were also good and never really overcrowded. Also, a big compliment to the cleaning staff; it was really sparkling clean!!! We can only recommend Alpine Club.
