Albany Hotels with Parking

Book two bedrooms with 1 double bed and two single bed from Trip’s app and paid in advance. However when arrived there I found that the two bedrooms unit only had two double beds in each room. Contacted the Manager and was given another unit with two single beds in another room but I was told that I only booked for two adults and not three and a child. I was asked to pay extra AUS $60.00 for the our stay. Not very happy with this arrangement and request that you give me Credit for the the amount I had to pay for my future booking. Please advise . Thanks

The check-in process was very simple, and the information provided to us covered everything that we needed to know. There was adequate room for us to park our SUV, and the surrounding area was nicely covered in suitable plants. While our chalet was adjacent to others, there was good privacy and sound isolation - we were never disturbed by any sounds of other people staying. Being adjacent to the beach, there was a pleasant background sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Beach access was available nearby. WiFi Internet access was included, and worked seamlessly. The chalet had a well-equiped kitchen, a full-sized fridge and good cooking facilities. When it was time to checkout, this process was equally simple. In summary, we enjoyed everything provided and found nothing lacking that we needed.

The BIG4 on the Great Ocean Road left me with a good impression. I chose this place without much hesitation. This restaurant is quite popular. This restaurant is not in the city center, but next to a beach. If you come late, you can eat in the city. There are no restaurants nearby. But the breakfast shop nearby is really good, and the scenery is charming. I feel that life is so comfortable. The room is tidy and clean, but the windows are locked and cannot be opened. The refrigerator is too noisy, so I have to turn off the power at night. The distance to the two major attractions is also good. It is a very good hotel.

The room is big and area is spacious for privacy. High recommended. Good wifi signal. Furthermore, they provide the kind of service is beyong expectation, believe me. I definitely will come back to stay in if in Albany.

We were assigned to cottage 9 during our recent stay. The car porch rather on the down slope is difficult for me, a Singaporean to park there upon check-in. Observed there were other cottages available.

Everything in this camp is self-service. I sent an email to inform the password of the password box, and then I can check in smoothly. The staff in the camp are very friendly. I will be very enthusiastic to assist when I see that we have difficulties finding a room. I am very happy.

Easy to find and owner gave clear instruction on how to check in. Parking in front of the chalet. Complete basic cooking equipment provided. Near to the beach. Iron provided at the laundry room.

Conveniently situated only 5 min drive from York St (Albany City Centre). My room was very spacious and well equipped with a microwave, a kettle and a toaster, which were very practical. The windows were difficult to open/close and one did not close properly. The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly.

Easy to find while driving into Albany & it's a short drive to the town center & shops. Room is spacious & beds are comfortable. There is a swimming pool but we arrived late so didn't use it. For 1 night stay. it's Ok as the price was reasonable.

Great location at the heart of Albany, I drove so everywhere accessible, next door is a French patisserie, beautiful food and place. Good public parking, limited private parking (so dense I must give praise to those who parked). Despite the older infrastructure, it is well maintained and clean. I like how they ask for feedback. Good free pancake breakfast, coffee and first 2 slices free. Receptionist is live in, made it an easy check in at my late arrival.
