Gladstone Central Hotels with Parking

The room is well-equipped and comfortable, clean and tidy, with a view outside the window. The front desk service attitude is very good, the parking space is a little tight, and it is a good choice for passing through. I feel that the blind box is opened well. Recommended. There is an entertainment city on the other side of the building where the hotel is located. The hotel locks the door at night, and it is safe to stay in the room.

It's been a long time, the environment can still

Our stay here although short has been amazing. We stayed in a 2 bedroom waterfront view apartment with plenty of space, nice quiet area and fantastic service through concierge after a mix up with our booking. A short walk from shops and restaurants. Spacious apartment, comfortable beds maybe a few extra towels would be nice otherwise a fantastic stay. Well worth the money to stay here as our first stopover from Gold Coast to Airlie Beach. Would stay again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! However, it is inconvenient to stay here if you have a lot of luggage. You have to go down a flight of stairs to reach it. There is no elevator in the accommodation and you need to climb stairs. The staff was very nice and helped me open the staff entrance so that I didn't have to carry my luggage up and downstairs. The equipment is crude and old, but clean. The upper and lower bunks will be very noisy if they shake even a little, so it will be quite stressful when sleeping.

I have stayed here a couple of times and overall it's a nice place to stay. I was just a little bit disappointed with my second time stay when I had to call the mobile number to get the access code to get in. Nobody answered and I left a voice message and also a text message. I waited for around 15 minutes making a few more calls to the same number during this time before someone finally got back to me. I'm a frequent traveller and I always get a text message with the access code from those hotels which use such systems. I hope that this is taken in good faith to improve this process making it easier for guests.

Trip.com, please note that dinner is not included in the price as advertised. Great location with easy access to the cbd. Average accommodation in need of some renovation.
