Tudo limpo bem organizado lugar e quartos lindíssimos, ganhamos um upgrade na chegada. Café da manhã ótimo. Equipe muito atenciosa e eficiente, destaque a quem nos recebeu o Dênis foi muito atencioso e eficiente.

The hotel is wonderful! The service and quality of what is offered are excellent.There are parking in the area and outdoor areas with houses to enjoy the cold outdoor. Weekends are offered interactive activities for adults. There is no room for kids, but the hotel is well organized to receive children in the rooms. The hotel is very beautiful and there are several rooms for socialization, but the restaurant is a little small for the number of guests. The room is wonderful, but the acoustics is not the best, as in most hotels. We will certainly return.

Complete, clean and pleasant. The door of the drawing was not closed and, as it was in the ground, it was insecurity. Microwave very poorly located, with difficult access.

Surreal care of good, something out of the curve. There was a very careful and performing staff. Room quality very good. The heating I just felt missing control. We had to open the windows to not get too hot. But, for the rest, everything was organised and clean.
