Dongtai Hotels with Parking

Stayed here during Labor Day, so it was quite busy. Check-in took a while. The room had standard budget hotel decor, but a nice perk was the balcony. Being close to Huanghai Forest Park meant good views and fresh air. The smart TV in the room wasn't working. I spent ages trying to fix it. When I called the front desk for maintenance that evening, the technician came, took one look, and just said, 'None of the TVs in the hotel rooms are working, haha.' What a waste of time; they could have just told me that over the phone. Also, the electrical outlet on the bathroom wall was broken and very loose – a real safety hazard. And the shower door wouldn't close properly, always leaking water onto the floor. However, the hotel did provide free tickets for three to Huanghai Forest Park, which was a nice bonus. P.S. We also had dinner at the hotel. It was a set menu, but the service was very slow, and the food was just okay.

The hotel service was so-so. The front desk staff were rather inflexible. After staying two nights, my key card stopped working on the second day, so I had to go back to the front desk to get it renewed. The door lock also broke that night, thankfully it was fixed in time, but it was still a bit of a hassle. There weren't many restaurants nearby, so I ate at all three hotel restaurants. I'm not picky, but the food was all pretty good, and the portions were huge – three people couldn't finish four dishes! The hotel pool was only 1.5 meters deep, not suitable for those who aren't good swimmers. The staff recommended renting a swim ring for 20 yuan. The pool wasn't crowded, so the experience was okay. Overall, in terms of service, the Mercure next door was better. Because the food was served late, they even gave my child a complimentary steamed egg. I didn't mind the egg, but it made me feel respected!

The hotel is located right across from the Dongtai Yaohan Department Store! The transportation is extremely convenient, and the rooms are elegant and clean! The landlady is beautiful and kind; she even gave me extra breakfast and bottled water. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable! The hotel is fantastic, exceeding my expectations.

We stayed here during the May Day holiday. The hotel is located inside the scenic area, so the shuttle service was very smooth, and check-in was prompt. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, offering complimentary fruit. We had children with us, and the staff were very friendly towards them, which was a big plus. The kids also enjoyed the hotel's activities – everything was great. I do have a few minor suggestions: When checking in with children, it would be helpful to proactively ask if they need kids' toiletries and slippers, rather than waiting for guests to request them. The mosquito repellent in our room was nearly empty, and despite calling twice, it was never delivered. Also, there was no information provided about the hotel's facilities, leaving guests to figure things out on their own.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new, the decoration style is simple and comfortable, very close to the high-speed rail station, just a few minutes walk, it is really convenient for people like me who want to sleep more and are afraid of rushing! Hygienic: Good sanitary conditions, no smell in the room, I feel good about cleanliness Environment: The hotel environment is great, there is a faint fragrance in the lobby, it feels warm, the room is spacious and bright, and the big bed is comfortable. Service: The front desk lady is very enthusiastic, helped me upgrade the room, entertained afternoon tea intimately, and also reminded that there are free fruits and supper, the hotel has robot service, order takeaway directly to the room~ The experience of staying at the hotel is great, I will come back next time, I will definitely choose here without hesitation~

After packing up the child, take him out for a walk. The scenery along the road is not recorded by the mobile phone. It really needs to be felt with the naked eye. There are no mosquito bites all the way. It feels like there is an open-air mosquito repellent device. The room is very quiet, it is a serious gospel for light sleep patients. After waking up, open the curtains in the morning, full of green plants, like their own pastoral villa. When the curtains are opened, they are all green and feel in the eyes.

The room is very big and clean. The hair dryer is from Xiaomi. The facilities are very complete. It is very comfortable to live in. I heard that the Shanyu room we stayed in is a 10-year-old room. You can't tell that it has been ten years. It is very well maintained and clean. , I heard that the newly built room also has a smart voice assistant 😂 It’s so advanced. The hotel service is also very good. We provide pick-up and drop-off services to and from the lobby. Fortunately, we met the driver, Master Yu, several times. The master was very enthusiastic in introducing us to the surrounding area, and even spotted wild deer in the distance with his sharp eyes! So happy. When we started chatting, the master also performed a ventriloquist performance for us. The calls of magpies and various birds came randomly, which was particularly powerful. The forest park is large and clean, with a very good ecology. There are many wild animals such as magpies, egrets, and peacocks. I don't know if it is due to the tree species or because it is well maintained. There are no bugs and the facilities are also well maintained. The food was relatively small, but the taste was okay. The old fisherman's food was quite delicious. Although the seasoning was normal, the seafood was very fresh. I had a lot of fun and will bring my friends next time!

This is the Nth time I have stayed here. The service attitude of the hotel is super good. They welcome you warmly as soon as you enter the door. The key is that the ladies at the front desk are so gentle. I have stayed in several hotels and I think this hotel has the best service attitude. The rooms are spacious, bright and upscale. I would like to thank the lady at the front desk especially. When I checked in, I forgot to take the facial cleanser when I checked out the next day. She contacted me and gave me the address. They sent it to me by Yunda Express for free. I gave the money to the front desk manager, but he didn't want to accept it. He was really enthusiastic!

We took the kids to Tiaozini and chose this hotel. They had a tide chart posted at the entrance. The rooms were pretty good, and there was a small children's playground near the stairs on the second floor. However, it was quite crowded during the May Day holiday; it seemed like one family had booked several rooms, making the hallway a bit noisy at night.
