Dongzhi Hotels with Parking

I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels, and Vienna hotels are also frequent visitors. This store is generally acceptable, but the breakfast service is really unacceptable. The hotel breakfast is marked until 9:30, but I went to eat before 8:30, and there was a serious lack of food: wontons, fruits, yogurt, milk, soy milk, bread cakes and other basic empty plates, only porridge and pickles left, not even fried noodles. Ask the staff, the reply was that there were too many guests in front, and they had no more supplements after eating, and the attitude was still reasonable. More outrageous, one day I arrived at the restaurant at 7 o'clock, and the result was that most meals were sold out in advance, and the last point of milk was left, and I could basically drink boiled water. The number of guests per day can be estimated in advance through the front desk system. A reasonable meal preparation is a basic service requirement and should not become ”limited supply, first come first served”. Since breakfast is included and the supply period is clear, the normal meal of all guests during the corresponding period should be guaranteed. The meal was cut off an hour in advance, but the subsequent guests were responsible for the consequences, which was obviously unreasonable. Even if I communicate with the hotel, there is still a limited supply later. This breakfast service is seriously inconsistent with the promise. I don't think it is a day or two, or Jinjiang's management is not in place.

Really exceeded expectations! The room was spotless and the toiletries were of good quality. The breakfast was rich and delicious and there were many types. The waiter No. 009 was very friendly and the check-in and check-out efficiency was high. The overall experience is full and has been recommended to friends!

住過很多次了，每次入住體驗都超棒！房間乾淨整潔，佈置得很温馨，床鋪軟硬適中，讓人一夜好眠。每次入住都能看到桌上泡着茶水，有時候是酸甜可口的酸梅湯，有時候是清新的檸檬水，還有香醇的紅茶、養顏的玫瑰花茶，真的很貼心。前台的糖果也超好吃，每次路過都忍不住拿幾顆。工作人員服務態度特別好，熱情又周到，辦理入住和退房都很迅速。酒店位置不錯，周邊吃飯、逛街都很方便。以後出行，這家酒店肯定是我的首選！（請忽略我的拍照技術😜）

房間算是重新裝修的，加了智能系統，價格漲了不少，酒店樓下就是飯店，停車比較方便，早餐是現下的麪加個煎蛋，還是不錯，就是性價比有點不高
