1、入住時，前台告訴我不能住在主樓，讓我住到對面的房子裏。因為房間好幾個月前就被人預訂了，結婚要用。當時我在想，我入住的這天並沒有婚禮舉行，和別人提前預訂有什麼關係？到了對面我才發現，是平房。不過無所謂，縣裡條件有限，我能理解。
2、我訂了三個房間，進屋以後，其中兩個房間的窗户是堵住的，相當於沒有，如果不開燈，裏面漆黑。我在攜程上看了一下，沒有一個房間是和我訂的標準大床房圖片一樣的，而是和特價大床房圖片一樣。我懷疑前台搞錯了，去找前台談，前台説房間眾多，不可能每張圖片都照出來，特價大床房是半地下，比你這窗户還小，不信你可以自己去看。想着是出來玩，我沒有多計較。
3、其中一間房窗户關不上，我聯繫前台。前台邊修窗户邊嘟囔“早就跟他們説來修修，也沒人管。這個窗户就是關不上，不行你拿東西擋上點，開個縫睡得了。”當時我在洗臉，我回了一句“天氣這麼冷，晚上才四五度，你讓我開窗户睡覺？”前台沒理我，我一抬頭髮現她已經走了，甚至沒有給我換一間房，所以我就挨凍着睡了一晚！！
4、另一間房，窗外有一個監控，衹要有人路過，監控就報警，很吵，一晚大概響了七八次。這個放假窗户衝著院子，高鐵一過也很吵，總之就是睡不好。
説了這麼多，我不知道是我過分挑剔，還是真是服務很差。大大小小住過不少賓館，像這樣的也是頭一次見到。

Come to Dorbert to stay at this hotel every time. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the service is very good! The room decoration is also good! There is a parking space in front of the door, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. Recommended stay!

The surrounding environment is quiet and the air conditioning is great. It would be perfect if you took the initiative to clean up the room every day. This should be strengthened, or guests should ask if they need to clean or change towels when they go out. Overall good.
