AAnonymous User房間設施，衞生條件好，問題是上下電梯，樓上酒店送菜，與顧客一起上，不衞生、不安全，耽誤時間，有時還堵門等上菜的同事，嚴重影響顧客的心情。是否可以考慮分開路徑。這個酒店，價格也算是不便宜的。還是需要考慮顧客的感受。

AAnonymous User房間暖氣不足，空調也不給力，很冷。淋浴間下水口堵塞，水位高到拖鞋都能漂起來，服務員給了一個馬桶搋子就走了。。。早餐種類少，熱菜不好吃。。。而且服務超級爛，我們還在吃飯呢，服務員進來不打聲招呼就把餐廳燈關了。。。不會再選尚客優這種加盟店了，服務沒有一點保障
