Gaolan Hotels with Parking

I've stayed at other JHotel locations in different cities before and always had a good experience. The decor is simple and clean, making it perfect for business travelers. This time, I was in Lanzhou for a business trip and chose JHotel again. It was as quiet and comfortable as ever. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room is OK and big. It is the only hotel I have stayed in that I was not scared of. The uncles and aunts in the kitchen are very nice. When my child was not feeling well, they kept waiting for us even though they had finished get off work. They worked hard. The driver was also great, picking us up and dropping us off. Overall, they were all good and their attitudes were also good!

This is a belated positive review. The room was so big it scared me! The service was good, the lobby was nice, and the smart speaker installation was quite creative—it startled me! It was very innovative. A little cleaner would have made it perfect, but I'm still giving it 5 stars. I understand everyone's struggles, but I want to tell you, the manager really needs to address this and make improvements. The spacious layout is suitable for guests with lots of luggage. The air conditioner is a bit noisy on higher settings, but it's not a big deal. When I want to sleep, nobody can disturb me. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend staying here. I forgot to take photos, so I'm using photos from other hotels. Please don't scold me, front desk staff! 😂😂😂

I chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.

Facilities: There is a gym, very modern, with a humidifier, air conditioning, and the lights will turn on at night to remind you, which is a benefit for people who are afraid of the dark. Quite affordable hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, with complete bathroom facilities, simple and bright decoration, and a mirror that can be heated to remove fog. The only downside is that it is close to the airport (5 minutes drive), and the roar of the plane is loud. Although it has no effect on people like me who sleep dead, but Mr. can't. The overall service staff is warm and feels at home. The restaurant master is average, but the service attitude is good and the charges are reasonable; The car delivery master is also very enthusiastic and chats with you all the way.

There are also many places to eat near the hotel, you can ask the front desk for recommendations, and they provide free airport pick-up and drop-off services, which need to be booked in advance with the front desk. The hotel is not far from the airport, it only takes 15 minutes to drive there. It is really good to be able to book a really cheap and high-quality room near the airport, and the cost performance is super high. The window of the large bed we booked is a bit small, and the front desk upgraded us to a standard room with floor-to-ceiling windows, thank you very much

I arrived rather late but the check in process was simple enough and then the room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel especially if you want to be near the airport and are only staying one night like I was. The front desk was incredibly helpful and even helped me get a morning shuttle to the airport without having to be asked. Overall incredibly pleasant experience, no complaints.

Having stayed in so many hotels near airports, this one is definitely at the top. The location is close to the airport, and it is convenient to travel back and forth. The hotel environment is warm and the decoration style is very pleasing to the eye. The service is impeccable. The staff are very responsive and considerate, adding a lot of warmth to the tiring journey.

The hotel is located in the center of the new district. It is very convenient to travel. The environment is good and clean. The sofa is a bit old and needs to be cleaned. The breakfast is okay and the price is high.
