GGuest UserThe room is OK and big. It is the only hotel I have stayed in that I was not scared of. The uncles and aunts in the kitchen are very nice. When my child was not feeling well, they kept waiting for us even though they had finished get off work. They worked hard. The driver was also great, picking us up and dropping us off. Overall, they were all good and their attitudes were also good!

GGuest UserThis stay experience exceeded expectations! The lobby is warm and stylish, the check-in is efficient and fast, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The room was clean and odorless, the bedding was soft and supported, the sound insulation was great, and I slept until dawn. The bathroom water pressure is sufficient, the hot water is fast, and the supplies are complete. The breakfast is rich in variety, the taste is online, the overall quiet and comfortable, the price is very high, highly recommended!

GGuest UserParking at night can be a bit challenging; we got lost using our navigation and had to call the front desk for directions. There are two washer-dryer combo units available. We checked in around 10 PM. The front desk staff (especially one young lady) could use more training; we requested laundry detergent at night and had to wait a long time for it. The family room was great, with a partition in the middle. Breakfast included fruit and beef noodles, which we unfortunately missed due to an early flight. A complimentary airport shuttle service is also provided. It's a convenient ten-minute drive from the airport, with many great food options nearby.

GGuest UserI chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.

Just to give two examples: the king bed is 2 meters wide and the mattress is on the hard side (which is my favorite, I don't like soft mattresses). Breakfast surprise. QQianmaoailvyouQuite affordable hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, with complete bathroom facilities, simple and bright decoration, and a mirror that can be heated to remove fog. The only downside is that it is close to the airport (5 minutes drive), and the roar of the plane is loud. Although it has no effect on people like me who sleep dead, but Mr. can't. The overall service staff is warm and feels at home. The soundproofing is good, the room is not noisy at all, the hotel has a laundry room, a gym, and complete facilities. There are also many places to eat near the hotel, you can ask the front desk for recommendations, and they provide free airport pick-up and drop-off services, which need to be booked in advance with the front desk. The hotel is not far from the airport, it only takes 15 minutes to drive there. It is really good to be able to book a really cheap and high-quality room near the airport, and the cost performance is super high.
