The view is wide, the environment is beautiful, and the mood becomes pleasant instantly. The room facilities are fully intelligent, easy to operate, full of technology, and the stay is very comfortable. I look forward to our next meeting, to a rendezvous with time at Yindu Caohai.

The hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities. The staff has very good service attitude. The front desk and cleaning lady are very enthusiastic. But we still need to work more on the details: the hand sanitizer in the room was gone, and the staff did not find it in time; the hair of the previous guest was still on the bathrobe; the door hinge was also broken (because it cannot be repaired during the Chinese New Year).

The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are very good, the scenery outside the window is beautiful, and the front desk lady is warm and thoughtful. It is very close to Huanglongtan, suitable for walking in the morning or evening.

Parking is very convenient. We drove a tram and there are charging stations available. Check-in was fast. The room was large and comfortable without feeling oppressive. It was spacious and bright. The service was responsive and enthusiastic. The experience was very good. I will still choose this hotel when I come to Heqing next time! Great value for money, highly recommended! ! !
