Anonymous UserFacilities: The TV in the room can't be seen. The remote control is a display. The aunt took the special remote control and said that the system was updated. When I went to wash the clothes, I came back. The remote control TV was useless.
Hygiene: OK, bugs are found in the room
Environment: OK
Service: After entering the room, I found that there was no pure water. Later, I communicated with the front desk and the aunt took two bottles of water.

There is always no hot water in the room, or the water pressure does not come up, and the floor cannot be mopped clean.
There are marks and it's so sticky that I can't even take a shower.
