The hotel is very close to the airport, and airport pickup service is included with the booking. Honestly, I only booked one room, but my friend and I were traveling from different places and arriving at the hotel at different times in the evening. Surprisingly, the hotel arranged free airport pickup for both trips, which was truly beyond my expectations! It's very convenient for moms traveling with a child and arriving late at night. The hotel's service is very thoughtful, the rooms are spacious, and the hallways are also very wide. My child really enjoyed the smart voice control. Highly recommend!

This place doesn't feel like a hotel at all. I've stayed at several hotels near the airport, and this one, in comparison, has more of a homey vibe. It's like a big house where many good friends live together and help each other out with any problems. You can heat up food here, print documents, learn about Qingdao's local cuisine, go to the nearby morning market to buy seafood, or even ask for a lighter, and someone will chat with you like a friend by the hotel entrance. Airplanes fly low overhead, and the autumn wind blows gently. I've developed a special feeling for Qingdao – its simple Shandong people and its gentle atmosphere.

Clean and modern hotel. Close to the airport. Airport shuttle really helps. Pick up from the airport at any time, drop off hourly. There’s a small 24hours convenient shop in the complex, guests can grab any necessities from snacks, meals, soap, just about everything 👍🏻 Hotel has washer & dryer that can alert us (through the app) once the laundry is done 👍🏻 Room for improvement: would be a great help if hotel has a little flexibility on receiving a cash on delivery for guest. Since the parcel was an accidental one, we really didn’t know how it worked. Airport security sent it (power bank) to the hotel. Delivery man couldn’t meet us in person, until second attempt then only hotel staff informed us. Hotel could handle it first and charge us later. Albeit, it was a pleasant stay 😊

I brought my daughter to a concert and arrived at the hotel right at noon. Louis Zhang at the front desk gave us such a warm welcome, it really eased our travel fatigue. The room had a beautiful view, which was truly delightful! The restaurant staff were also very understanding. There were even staff waiting at the venue to pick us up after the concert, and when we returned late at night, there was still supper available so we didn't go hungry! All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. If I come back to Jiaozhou, Qingdao, I will definitely choose the Marriott again!

The hotel is conveniently located right inside the airport, just around the corner from the departure level, on the second floor. Last year I stayed in a capsule, but this year I opted for a private room. While the room wasn't huge, it perfectly met my basic travel needs, making it ideal for passengers with late arrivals or early departures.

Environment: It faces a residential building, which is nice, but transportation isn't very convenient. Service: They offer pick-up and drop-off services to/from the station, which is a competitive advantage for an airport hotel.

The room was great and well-equipped. Xiao Xuan at the front desk provided excellent service; she was attentive, enthusiastic, and energetic. Upon contacting the hotel that day, they sent a text message with the airport pick-up and drop-off location, and check-in was quick and easy upon arrival.

The hotel offers average quality, but it is perfectly suitable for a short stay between flights. The room was basic but adequate, providing everything needed for a quick rest. Considering my physical condition, the hotel manager decisively decided to drive me to the hospital in person. Along the way, he not only kept an eye on my condition, but also thoughtfully adjusted the temperature in the car to a suitable level, turned on soft music, and tried to relieve my pain. After arriving at the hospital, the hotel manager ran around to help me register, find a doctor, and arrange examinations. Every link was handled in an orderly manner. Due to the large number of examination items, the process of waiting for the results was long and tormenting. The hotel manager stayed with me all the time, handed me hot water from time to time, and gave me encouragement and comfort. When the test results came out, the doctor diagnosed me with acute gastroenteritis and needed to stay in the hospital for observation and infusion. The hotel manager did not leave because the matter had been resolved, but continued to stay in the hospital with me until I was infused and my physical condition improved. During the infusion process, the hotel manager was worried that the hospital's meals would not suit my taste, so he went back to the hotel to cook light millet porridge for me. When he brought the still warm porridge to me, my eyes couldn't help but moisten. This caring and concern made me feel the warmth of home in a foreign land. After the infusion, the hotel manager personally took me back to the hotel and arranged a quiet and comfortable room for me to have a good rest. He also specifically told the hotel staff to keep an eye on my physical condition at all times and provide timely help if there was any need. In the next few days, the hotel staff came to my room every day to ask about my physical condition and brought me fresh fruits and nutritious meals. Their care and concern enabled me to recover faster. This experience at the Mehao Lizhi Hotel (Qingdao Jiaodong Airport Branch) made me deeply feel what real quality service is.
