Honestly, I only booked one room, but my friend and I were traveling from different places and arriving at the hotel at different times in the evening. Surprisingly, the hotel arranged free airport pickup for both trips, which was truly beyond my expectations! It's very convenient for moms traveling with a child and arriving late at night. The hotel's service is very thoughtful, the rooms are spacious, and the hallways are also very wide. My child really enjoyed the smart voice control. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the soundproofing was decent enough for a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out efficient. Its close proximity to the airport makes travel worry-free. It's my top choice for early flights, offers good value for money, and I'll definitely return if needed again.

Good option for transit accommodation, but I would not recommend it if you need a good night’s sleep before an early flight. There was quite a lot of noise during the night from people arriving and checking in. The room doors and sliding doors also do not seem to provide much sound insulation, so the noise can be disturbing. Overall, it is suitable if you only need a few hours of rest before catching a flight. However, I would not choose it for an overnight stay where proper sleep is important. The breakfast was very basic, with very limited choices and mainly Chinese-style food. There were no options that suited me. For first-time visitors, the location can be slightly difficult to find. The service was amazing and the hotel feels like you are getting your money's worth. Its really clean and especially the free transport to the airport was top notch, they're flexible about your schedule so you don't need to worry. The receptionist even gave me a bread after i arrived late at night 😋 10/10 would book again if i need a place near the airport (the only minus is that its 600m from the bus station other than that no other complain)

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were very attentive and responsible. However, the driver who took us to the airport at 7:00 AM was terrible; he was foul-mouthed. Around 6:50 AM, a guest came to ask the front desk where the restaurant was, and this driver interrupted, saying the guest was blind after leaving. He spoke with a strong Qingdao accent and looked to be in his fifties or sixties. Although he didn't verbally abuse me, it was still very infuriating to hear. As a hotel staff member, he lacked even the most basic professionalism. One bad apple spoils the whole bunch. I will never stay here again.

Environment: It's very close to the airport, about 10 minutes away, so it's perfect if you're on a tight schedule, haha. The soundproofing might be average, but it's acceptable. There's a convenient parking lot downstairs. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful. They would remind us about airport pick-up and drop-off, and even called to remind us about early morning drop-off. The service is excellent. I also left something behind, and they actively helped resolve it and sent it to me. Thumbs up! When traveling, hotel service is a huge part of the experience. Upon arrival, the driver also proactively told us the easiest way to get to the city. Big thumbs up! I really like hotel services that solve problems.

After arriving at the hospital, the hotel manager ran around to help me register, find a doctor, and arrange examinations. Every link was handled in an orderly manner. Due to the large number of examination items, the process of waiting for the results was long and tormenting. The hotel manager stayed with me all the time, handed me hot water from time to time, and gave me encouragement and comfort. When the test results came out, the doctor diagnosed me with acute gastroenteritis and needed to stay in the hospital for observation and infusion. The hotel manager did not leave because the matter had been resolved, but continued to stay in the hospital with me until I was infused and my physical condition improved. During the infusion process, the hotel manager was worried that the hospital's meals would not suit my taste, so he went back to the hotel to cook light millet porridge for me. When he brought the still warm porridge to me, my eyes couldn't help but moisten. This caring and concern made me feel the warmth of home in a foreign land. After the infusion, the hotel manager personally took me back to the hotel and arranged a quiet and comfortable room for me to have a good rest. He also specifically told the hotel staff to keep an eye on my physical condition at all times and provide timely help if there was any need. In the next few days, the hotel staff came to my room every day to ask about my physical condition and brought me fresh fruits and nutritious meals.
