The facilities in the room are very complete, air conditioning, water heater, WiFi are very easy to use, there is no bad situation. The bed was comfortable, moderately soft and hard, quiet at night, no noise, and slept until dawn. The boss is also really enthusiastic. If you have any questions, he will answer them patiently and give a lot of intimate suggestions. This price can live in such a room, it is really worth it, next time you come here, you will definitely choose this one.

The hotel is decent, but the staff's attitude is terrible. The invoice process is incredibly slow; they only issue invoices after being asked repeatedly. This front desk staff member is damaging to the hotel's image. Even after providing the invoice information, they still asked for my name. I told them they could check the room booking information. They refused to answer my WeChat or phone calls. When I called the front desk, they were rude and dismissive. I pointed out their poor attitude over the phone, but they remained arrogant and disrespectful. I hope the hotel management will address this issue with such uncivilized and rude front desk staff, otherwise, it will create a bad experience for guests. Their attitude is extremely poor; the front desk staff are truly awful. The front desk clerk was very good. We hoped to respond to the request for check-out at 2 pm and provide practical solutions. The restaurant is on the first floor of the hotel. The space is small. The breakfast category is average. The tableware disinfection cabinet is useless. The tableware inside is wet. And the restaurant is next to the bathroom, giving people a very poor experience. There is an elevator in the hotel, and the waiting time for going up and down is too long. Hotel parking is free, but guests need to add hotel WeChat at the front desk first, then go to the parking lot to drive to the exit and pay the parking fee, will pay the fee to the hotel screenshot, and then the hotel through WeChat payment to the guests, people feel very inconvenient. In short, this experience in the store is mixed.
