Things that need to be improved: 1. As the hotel is newly opened, it has not experienced winter yet. The air conditioning and hot water effects in the lobby and rooms are not very good. If it gets colder, it will probably affect the stay experience; 2. It feels a bit too busy during the meal peak. If you order food in advance, you must confirm with the customer service number repeatedly to avoid mistakes; 3. It is recommended that the staff wear uniforms to work. It feels a bit strange to not be able to tell who is the staff during the stay. Overall, although there are no value-added services such as small gifts, every staff member is warm and friendly when you seek help. I recommend it.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn far exceeded my expectations. The lobby's business area also provides complimentary computers and printers for guests, which is a huge help and very convenient for anyone needing to do some temporary work. What truly stood out was the service. The front desk staff genuinely answered all my questions and greeted everyone with a sincere smile – truly commendable. This warm service attitude really brightened my mood.

The projection was quite good, perfect for chatting and watching TV with friends. There was a TV in the small room, but we didn't use it, but the space was ample. We received milk, fruit, and snacks upon check-in. Three breakfast coupons were given for our three-person stay. Breakfast consisted of rice noodles and a buffet, which was quite good. The waiter was very responsive, even with requests for mineral water, dental floss, and other items. Taxis were convenient, and the trip to and from the fireworks was affordable. The hotel is also not far from the city's attractions. A few drawbacks: 1. The air conditioner was a bit loud; it would start after adjusting the temperature and would take a while to stop. 2. The night light, which detects movement and turns on, was a bit bright, which could wake light sleepers.

Staff are very friendly and check-in was quick. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The only downside is that the whole hotel, from lobby to rooms, smells strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell even got into our sleeping clothes from the room. This is a problem with guest behavior, and I don’t think the hotel can fix it, but it is unpleasant.
