We hadn't even returned to the hotel yet, so we didn't know it had already been cleaned. I called the front desk online to request cleaning and replenishment, and the front desk still quickly arranged for housekeeping. Secondly, the location is superb; it's close to the high-speed train station and very convenient for getting a taxi. The staff are highly professional and provide wonderfully warm and responsive service. I also have to commend the tea room in the lobby; it's bright, large, and spotless, with a generous selection of teas (a true blessing for tea lovers!). While there wasn't a coffee machine, when I asked, the front desk attendant immediately provided branded pour-over coffee, which was fantastic service!

I 4 days at the Holiday Inn for my birthday and I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.
