GGuest UserIt’s hard to describe~ I went with my children and felt that the hygiene was really poor. There was dust everywhere. I felt a little itchy when I fell asleep under the quilt. This hotel has its own restaurant. The taste is okay, but the price is on the high side. I don’t think I would go there again. Second-rate

WWanzhuochizhuohezhuoThe hotel's overall environment is good – it's beautiful, and the rooms are large, spacious, and airy. The shower pressure is strong, and the hairdryer works great. There's a big swimming pool downstairs. Getting to Dinosaur Park and the Heritage Park is very convenient with electric shuttle service; you just need to make a call. The bedding is very comfortable; I woke up without any back pain, and the pillows were excellent, making for a great sleep. The TV offers a wide variety of shows without needing to pay extra! However, there are also many downsides: it feels like they're a bit too eager to make money. They started taking guests before the renovation dust was even cleaned up, and the strong renovation smell was irritating! It's not suitable for families with young children! I originally came for the breakfast, thinking it would be more convenient with kids, but unfortunately, the breakfast was very simple, similar to what you'd find at a 3-star hotel, and the service wasn't great. The breakfast was a big disappointment. The sink design is flawed; water splashes onto the bed when you wash your face, so they might need to install a splash guard. There weren't enough slippers either; only one pair of disposable slippers was provided.

KKnufbergstravelWe booked a basic room (non smoking) but from all the hundreds of free rooms they had, we definitely got the most run-down smokers room they could find.
After asking, we got an ”upgrade” to another floor and got a nice and clean and fresh renovated room.
The staff took forever to process our registration, never had that before...
The staff was friendly and professional in every situation. The security guy was very lovely and kind. Not so the lady at the breakfast buffet, but maybe she had a bad day...
They stored our bicycles in a room in the lobby. Thanks for that.
The hotel is a little away from the centre but there are some restaurants and shops around.

There was not much to go to the hall before 9 o'clock in the morning, and the milk and soy milk were gone. I just picked up a few buns and asked the waiter where to sit. The waiter pointed to two tables full of leftovers. I said can I sit here? She only knew to clean up the dumplings.
