GGuest UserThe hotel environment was excellent. After we placed our order, the front desk proactively contacted us, providing the exact location and sending a driving guide video. Upon arrival, a young man was there to guide us to parking, help with our luggage, and escort us upstairs. The room was clean and tidy, with a charmingly child-friendly design, and they even provided disposable toilet seat covers ā a thoughtful touch that our child loved. The room was completely odor-free, and we slept soundly through the night. The hotel also helped us with the hot spring resort tickets. Overall, a fantastic experience! We even got to drink tea brewed by the owner himself.

Any problems can be solved actively, 5 minutes walk from the ancient town of Heijing. Very quiet, daily necessities are also very complete. The only downside is that there is a tea room by the window on the bedside of our room. There are a few people drinking. It is noisy until one o'clock in the morning and can't sleep at all. Auntie has to remind, but it is useless, wait until they leave to sleep. I hope the store can pay attention to the rest time of the guests.

Before booking, I thought the breakfast might be poor because of the low price, but when I went to the restaurant on the second floor, I found that the breakfast was also very good. KKnufbergstravelWe booked a basic room (non smoking) but from all the hundreds of free rooms they had, we definitely got the most run-down smokers room they could find.
After asking, we got an āupgradeā to another floor and got a nice and clean and fresh renovated room.
The staff took forever to process our registration, never had that before...
The staff was friendly and professional in every situation. The security guy was very lovely and kind. Not so the lady at the breakfast buffet, but maybe she had a bad day...
They stored our bicycles in a room in the lobby. Thanks for that.
The hotel is a little away from the centre but there are some restaurants and shops around.

There was not much to go to the hall before 9 o'clock in the morning, and the milk and soy milk were gone. I just picked up a few buns and asked the waiter where to sit. The waiter pointed to two tables full of leftovers. I said can I sit here? She only knew to clean up the dumplings.
