GGuest UserThe room was lovely, with a very cozy atmosphere. The hotel owner was very welcoming, and the hotel garden was incredibly peaceful. The room even provided disposable toilet seat covers, face towels, and conditioner. The front desk also offered makeup remover – the service was so thoughtful! The room was clean and tidy, and parking was convenient. After we booked, the hotel called us in advance to give us the exact location, travel tips, and ticket purchase information. They even gave us complimentary water upon check-out – fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The lady boss treats people with enthusiasm and initiative, and responds to requests. A very good stay experience!

GGuest UserThe first time I stayed at this hotel, I personally felt that I was quite satisfied. The room was clean and there was no smell. The environmental facilities were quite new. Parking was convenient. There were night markets, supermarkets and pharmacies around. It was convenient to buy things. There was also a public washing machine. It was very convenient to wash clothes. After washing, the boss should help us dry it. It is too enthusiastic. I highly recommend it to the sisters. I will stay here next time.

Before booking, I thought the breakfast might be poor because of the low price, but when I went to the restaurant on the second floor, I found that the breakfast was also very good. The cooked rice noodles were very delicious, and there were many other delicious dishes. It was truly a star-level experience for the price of an ordinary hotel. It was great value...

GGuest UserI didn’t do any guides, so I went on Ctrip when I arrived in Heijing Town. I saw that this hotel had a rating of 4.9 and it was an old house renovated. I thought that when I arrived in the ancient town, I should live in an old house and experience it. After I made the reservation, the hotel called and said that there might be no room available and asked me to wait. Unexpectedly, I immediately received a call from Ctrip customer service to ask if it had been resolved. Thank you Ctrip for your timely attention and follow-up. Later we were able to check in according to the room type we booked. This is a light luxury B&B converted from the Qiao Family Courtyard. A blend of modern and traditional, very quiet. The service provided by the girls at the inn is very good👍very heart-warming. Sisters who like to take pictures can bring some good-looking clothes, which will be very photogenic.

KKnufbergstravelWe booked a basic room (non smoking) but from all the hundreds of free rooms they had, we definitely got the most run-down smokers room they could find.
After asking, we got an ”upgrade” to another floor and got a nice and clean and fresh renovated room.
The staff took forever to process our registration, never had that before...
The staff was friendly and professional in every situation. The security guy was very lovely and kind. Not so the lady at the breakfast buffet, but maybe she had a bad day...
They stored our bicycles in a room in the lobby. Thanks for that.
The hotel is a little away from the centre but there are some restaurants and shops around.
