GGuest UserIt's simply a treasure homestay! The service is so good that there is nothing to say. From the beginning of the consultation and answering questions to the convenience of staying, it can be said that it is responsive. I was afraid of traffic jams during holidays. I contacted the housekeeper early in the morning and promised to check in early. I was already waiting at the door to help carry my luggage when I arrived. After I checked in, I was almost responsive. I took the initiative to provide bedding and toiletries to the children. Free breakfast... The room hygiene and environment have nothing to say, especially all kinds of tableware are available, very convenient, and the details are in place. The quality of the disposable bowls and dumplings is very good. The bathrobe and bath towel texture is very good, soft and thick, and clean! Breakfast is also very real, not only large, but also delicious 😋 will definitely stay again next time! 💝

GGuest UserThe environment is great. You can take a dip in Phoenix Hot Spring, but I still like the small hot spring pool in the backyard. It is clean and casual, the food is exquisite and delicious, and the drinks are unlimited. The most important thing is that there is a hot drink cabinet. When I wake up in the morning, I can drink something hot. It is so comfortable. Before Looking at the reviews, everyone mentioned that the butler service was very good! The experience is really extraordinary, the chrysanthemum tea is brewed properly. The room supplies are also carefully thought of, and I think I will bring my family to check them out again.

GGuest UserThe service is five-star, the environment is very clean, and the sleep is very peaceful at night. Mr. and Mrs. Wang are friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. I really enjoyed my three-night stay at this B&B. It is very convenient to visit Taibai Mountain and Red River Valley. I sincerely recommend this B&B to everyone.

PPiotr BanaszczakPotrzebowałem niedrogiego hotelu na jedną noc, aby wybrać się wcześnie rano do Taibaishan. Nie oczekiwałem żadnych luksusów, bo wybrałem prawdopodobnie najtańszy hotel w okolicy. Pokój był nieogrzewany i zimny, a łóżko twarde, ale miało elektryczny ogrzewany koc, a klimatyzacja szybko rozgrzała pokój i zrobiło się przyjemnie. Wbrew informacjom na Trip.com hotel nie oferował śniadań za dopłatą, ale gospodarz obiecał, że rano zabierze mnie samochodem do restauracji, gdzie będę mógł tanio zjeść. Następnego rana mnie tam zabrał, a kwadrans później przyjechał ponownie z ładowarką, której zapomniałem zabrać z pokoju. Bardzo dziękuję! Zatem generalnie jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu. Biorąc pod uwagę bardzo niską cenę, wszystko było w porządku, pokój był czysty, w łazience było wszystko co potrzeba, choć nie było kabiny prysznicowej i po wzięciu prysznica cała łazienka jest mokra. W tej cenie nie można oczekiwać niczego więcej.

CCameo19An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.

GGuest UserThe boss is very good, the standard room we bought is gone, and the room type is upgraded for free. The room is fully equipped and clean. The hotel provides breakfast, 10 yuan per person, with millet porridge, steamed buns, eggs and some side dishes, which is very convenient for people who need to get up early to climb Taibai Mountain. There is a music fountain nearby, and the proprietress is very enthusiastic to tell us the route and time for climbing the mountain.
