The main unit wasn't even turned on! The front desk explained that a guest said they were cold, so they turned off the main unit (do you believe that?). I was sweating profusely and couldn't fall asleep. The front desk brought a fan, but I couldn't sleep without it. However, I caught a cold the next day. I didn't even want to leave a review, but it hasn't gotten better. My throat is so sore that I can't speak or eat. I really can't help but ask: as the most expensive hotel in the area, isn't turning on the central air conditioning main unit a basic requirement for any hotel?
