Conveniently located, clean, and comfortable, this hotel offers a quiet retreat in the midst of the bustling city. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, and the staff are incredibly attentive. The lobby is a real standout, with its innovative multi-functional design that breaks away from traditional hotel aesthetics. Plus, there are amazing views from the higher floors, and free flow ice cream from 8 AM to 11 PM! The sky garden, connected to Xujiahui Plaza, offers a wide array of dining options, making it incredibly convenient. They also have a partnered parking lot. The bathroom has excellent hot water pressure, and the air conditioning in the rooms is perfectly comfortable, especially during the hot summer months. And here's a tip: if you look up from the sky garden, you might even catch a glimpse of planes taking off! ✈️

A very good hotel and staff is very welcoming. Many advantages : Very close to exit 2 of mrt station Bus station next to it Many convenience store nearby 7/11 and family mart Afternoon snacks and drink and evening porridge Room is spacious and clean Water available on every floor For a small fee of 10ntd for charity you can buy detergent But really what i love was how the staff was really nice, i was there for celebrating my mom birthday. This trip was her gift and they even gave some snack and dessert in our room. So very good memory and we will definitely come back in this hotel if i am in taipei again !

Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, the quality is excellent. Hotels in the city at this price are usually very cramped, but since this one is on the outskirts, the room was spacious and the view was fantastic. Foot baths and lounge food were also free. There's an 85°C bakery, a supermarket, a convenience store, a drugstore, and a CTBC bank nearby. Plus, there's an MRT station right next to it, making transportation very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Taiwan.

The room was huge, the facilities were great, and the staff were friendly. The location was very convenient, within walking distance and very close to the LRT, while the environment was quiet and peaceful. There were also small handicraft activities and a mini theatre available in the basement. I did not have the chance to visit the public hot spring, but the private hot spring included in the room was already more than sufficient. I also loved the AI device for playing music and the smart home control panel for the lights and air-conditioning, which made everything very easy to manage. The room was clean and well maintained, and the overall stay felt very comfortable and relaxing. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay with great facilities and thoughtful in-room features. The view was around 7/10 — not particularly spectacular as I stayed on a lower floor, but still decent as it felt open and unobstructed. I especially loved the hot spring, walk-in wardrobe, and dressing table with the large mirror. It was also very suitable for a solo trip — spacious, peaceful, and easy to enjoy at my own pace. Nonetheless, it is definitely suitable for all types of travellers. (My family actually commented that it was too big for 1 person, but I was more than happy with it.) Suggestion: It would be great to have a smart TV with YouTube or other streaming options, rather than only local channels. Feedback: The smart control system panel also did not seem to sync properly with the AI control, as it did not respond after commands were given.

Fantastic experience! I'll definitely be back! The scenery is beautiful, and the transportation is convenient. It's perfect for a family trip! The hotel facilities are also great! They offer bicycles and cute parent-child bikes, which is highly recommended to everyone! The breakfast is plentiful, and vegetarians definitely won't go hungry! The drinks area is amazing! Love it! 💕

Great location, very close to Jiufen, and both buses and taxis stop right at the entrance. The view from the hotel window is lovely, with a direct view of the bay. The breakfast is quite varied. There are also plenty of free beverages, including tea and coffee. The room was clean and the space was decent; the one I booked even had a small yard.

The hotel is located at New Taipei City Xinzhuang District. It took around 40 to 50 minutes to travel from Taoyuan Airport Terminal 2 and cost around NT1200 by Uber 6 seaters car. Hotel front desk staffs were vey friendly and the room was also clean and tidy. No bottled water was provided however water dispenser is available at lift area. There is also a lift for guests bringing pets. There is nothing much surrounding the hotel but there is a food street about 3 traffic lights distance away. It is convenient to order Uber at the hotel to travel to Taipei and Taoyuan City. If location is not a key concern, then it is a good choice for business travelers and families.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Tryp! It's super close to the MRT and was clean inside the rooms. The front desk was very helpful during my stay, especially since my room had a few things i couldn't figure out. The rooms weren't as soundproof as i would've liked, especially since the bed was close to the door, but by evening the hotel was very quiet. During my last night, my room ended up having a small leak from the ceiling but the front desk was quick to switch me to another room and helped bring my bags over. Would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Linkou and wants to be close to the MRT!

Room Type: Deluxe Quadruple Room Pros: 1. The room is spacious and even has two toilets and two sinks. 2. The location is close to the MRT station, which is convenient. 3. The soundproofing seems good; I wasn't disturbed by other guests during my four-night stay. 4. The mattress was comfortable – not too soft, not too firm, with a bouncy yet supportive feel. 5. The water pressure was strong, the flow was fast, and the water temperature was consistent. There's also a bathtub for soaking. Cons: 1. The room cleaning was inadequate; there were still many long hairs left on the floor from previous guests. 2. For a quadruple room, there was only one chair at the dining table. If you wanted to eat or chat in the room, you'd have to sit on the bed. 3. Only bath towels were provided, no hand towels, which made it inconvenient to dry hands after washing. 4. For a quadruple room, there was only a small wardrobe and one luggage rack. Extra belongings had to be placed on the floor. 5. Because the room was large and the TV was far away, it looked a bit small and wasn't very satisfying to watch. 6. Parking spaces are limited and small, so during peak times, you might not find a spot.

The reception staff was very friendly. I didn't have dinner there. The equipment was a bit old. Breakfast was available the next day, but it was simple. There was nothing special to order. I had thick slices, boiled eggs, and tomatoes that day. The air was pretty good.
