GGuest UserI felt completely at home after checking in. The service and management were surprisingly satisfactory. The room was very clean, and even after staying for several days, the housekeeping staff greeted me warmly, as did the restaurant staff. They even proactively asked what I wanted to eat if I was dissatisfied, offering to prepare it separately. It felt like being taken care of by family at home – it was wonderful! I even gained a few pounds during my stay. When I checked out, they gave me two bags of snacks and some local Qixia apples. This hotel will definitely be my first choice for future stays.

The facilities are comprehensive and it offers excellent value for money. The staff are warm and the service is attentive. The atmosphere is cozy, and I particularly enjoyed the beautiful river views. So happy! ❤️

Pros: The twin room we booked was spacious. The price was OK. The boss was nice.
Cons:
There was no bottled mineral water. We used the medium-sized bucket in the 3rd picture that you use to get water at home. The blue lid was still open. You couldn't drink the water directly. You didn't dare to use the kettle. You could only order takeout and buy water.
There was a fly in the room, buzzing all the time.
The towels and bath towels were not very good. They were very thin, so thin that they could barely wipe your hands.

MM527353****1. Attentive service and home away from home: The staff was enthusiastic and proactive when we arrived at the store. We quickly solved the needs when we asked, and also introduced the places to eat around in detail.
2. Hygiene and clean, impeccable: The room was cleaned very thoroughly, and there was no dust on the floor with bare feet. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the bedding is comfortable and clean, making people feel at ease.
3. Fully equipped and designed: The room is more spacious than expected, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and sleeps well; the smart toilet is very pleasant;
4. Convenient location: It is easy to find by car, there are parking spaces, and the transportation is convenient.
This is a very attentive hotel, I can feel the efforts in details, very suitable for me to recommend to friends, I will definitely choose here again next time!
