The design of the winery and the sealing and aging process for wine were eye-opening. Kudos to the founder for the overall design! I must mention the sour fish hot pot – the tangy and spicy flavor was incredibly appetizing, and the fish was tender and fresh – an absolute must-try! What warmed my heart most was the attentive service from Manager Li, the restaurant manager, and Xiao Tang; their quick response and thoughtful service made me feel truly at home. If you come to Maotai Town, this is definitely the place to go.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the Red Army Bridge and the Memorial Square for the Four Crossings of the Chishui River. The room was clean and tidy, and the whole place was smart-controlled by Xiaodu. But those aren't the main points. The highlight is that the hotel owner also runs a distillery in Maotai Town. He very enthusiastically took our whole family, including the elderly and children, to visit his distillery to see the production process of酱香酒 (Jiangxiang-style liquor). He explained everything meticulously, which was incredibly eye-opening and educational for us. He also invited us to taste liquor and tea in his cellar, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. So, our trip to Maotai Town was comfortable in terms of accommodation, reassuring in terms of drinks, and enjoyable overall. Highly, highly recommend it!

This hotel is truly excellent! You can enjoy affordable Maotai here, and they even offer complimentary ice cream. What's more, it's incredibly thoughtful – for a family of three, we only had two breakfast vouchers, and when we offered to pay for the third, the staff at the entrance just waved us in! Definitely worth staying here! It's clean, hygienic, and the service is warm and welcoming! The only feedback I have is that the Maotai specialty store in the lobby on the first floor has too limited a selection. People travel so far to get here, so it would be great if they could offer a wider variety. Expand the range and let everyone happily buy the Maotai they love, wouldn't that be better?
