The service was efficient and professional, making both check-in and check-out smooth and seamless. Overall, the experience was excellent!

The hotel should be newly opened. The rooms are large, clean and tidy. They also provide laundry and drying, which is more convenient. The front desk service is also very considerate, and it is a very cost-effective hotel experience.

This hotel was by far one of the best I’ve stayed at in China. Everything was new and clean. The room was huge, almost like a small apartment. Their laundry service on the 4th floor was great. Free and it would notify you on WeChat when you washing and drying were finished. The location was right in the center of the city. Great hotel. Definite recommended.

The room was spotless and very tidy, with all-new facilities and even a robot attendant. The surrounding area is great too, with Sihai Lou downstairs, making it super convenient for a Rugao-style breakfast. The hotel's own breakfast was also excellent—small but refined, with everything you could need. The service was fantastic. Highly recommend!

The room is quite big, the hotel is nice, and we were given a free upgrade to a lake view room. The scenery outside the hotel is nice, and there are charging stations, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also very rich, and it is worth staying again.

The location is very good, standing upstairs can see the city view, floor-to-ceiling windows are not bad. Although it is always old, it is still very clean and refreshing, the service is not bad, the breakfast has local characteristics, and it is worth recommending!

The room was nice and spacious. It was very clean. It's very close to Shenjia Furniture Restaurant and Sihailou Restaurant, only about a 10-minute walk. There's a plaza next door, though. The older women there were quite friendly.
