Usually, when I travel, I drive my husband's car, so over the years, I've memorized his license plate and it's become a habit. This time, I temporarily switched to driving my own car. On the day of check-in, I was in a rush and didn't double-check the actual license plate, so I subconsciously gave the front desk the license plate I usually drive. After checking in and going to retrieve the car, I carefully checked the parking spot and suddenly realized I had given the wrong license plate number. This entire incident was due to my own carelessness and mistake, and it had nothing to do with the hotel front desk staff. During my stay, the room was clean and tidy, very comfortable, and all the facilities were well-equipped. My previous negative review was a misunderstanding, and I am specifically clarifying it here in this review. The hotel's service is professional and excellent, and I am correcting my review accordingly.

The hotel looks quite new and very clean. There is a large free parking lot. There is a small iron gate and a small sign on the roadside to remind you, but you may easily miss it if you are not paying attention. The room is spacious, but the location assigned is a bit far away. It took me a long time to walk (Jiacha arrived at around 8pm on the same day, so I was a bit tired). The bed was very comfortable and great to sleep on. For a chain hotel, the breakfast is pretty good. The hotel's location should be considered to be on the main street of Gacha. Downstairs, turn left and there is a supermarket. Further on, there is Mixue Bingcheng and a delicious Sichuan restaurant.

The newest hotel in the village, with underfloor heating and diffused oxygen supply. It's clean, hygienic, and the staff are very enthusiastic. They even gave out zongzi for the Dragon Boat Festival! The front desk told me I was the first Ctrip user and upgraded my room, hahaha. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it to everyone!!!

One area where the hotel could improve is its dining options. While the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of dishes, I found that the food could benefit from more freshness and variety, especially for those staying multiple nights. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was somewhat inconsistent, which might be a concern for business travelers needing reliable internet access. Overall, Lhasa Gonggar Airport Lan Ou International Hotel is a solid option for travelers looking for a comfortable stay close to the airport. At 1 a.m. on the night of check-in, I suddenly received a call asking me when I would check in. I said I had already checked in, and they continued to ask me what room number I had. In general, it is still good, the floor heating is full, especially for the last day of a high-intensity tourist environment like Tibet, it is a good place to rest. It would be better if there were no problems mentioned above.

Just when the hot water was slow to come out, the girl at the front desk said casually that it was slow and opened the bathroom and put the water on the washbasin. Who would open the bathroom faucet so early in the morning just to wash their face? I don’t know any hotel that requires two faucets to be opened together for 30 minutes before hot water comes out! What a waste of water resources this is! An ignorant word will damage the hotel's service image. I hope the hotel can strengthen management training for employees and improve and maintain equipment.

The room is small, the sanitation is average, and the price is too low. The bedding doesn't look very comfortable, the shower in the bathroom is not easy to use, the faucet of the sink does not know why there is hot water and no cold water, the experience of staying in is really bad. The same price can find a better hotel in the plus check. We changed a hotel the next day, the same price, so good that I don't know how many times.

Many restaurants and shops are convenient for shopping and dining. The front desk service was warm, the check-in was quick and the experience was very good. The room has a wide view and you can see the beautiful night view of the city. Hotel facilities are well maintained and the pool and gym are clean. The breakfast is rich in variety, tastes good, and the service staff is friendly. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are perfect.

Clean and tidy, the food is fresh and delicious, the room is comfortable, and it is not cold, the boss is super good, it is a very satisfying stay experience, will come again next time
