GGuest User酒店整體環境乾淨整潔，房間佈置温馨舒適，設施齊全好用，隔音效果也很好，前台接待熱情有禮，辦理手續高效快捷，保潔阿姨打掃細緻，各個環節都讓人覺得很舒服，已經超出了預期。
真正讓我感動並決定一定要好好表揚的，是退房後發生的一件事。離開酒店後我才發現自己的錢包不慎遺落在房間裏，當時整個人都慌了神，裏面不僅有現金，還有身份證、銀行卡等各類重要證件，一旦丟失補辦起來非常麻煩，心裏又着急又自責。
正當我手足無措、準備聯繫酒店詢問時，酒店工作人員竟然第一時間主動聯繫了我，非常耐心地告知錢包已妥善找到並妥善保管，還仔細核對了我的訊息，！從這件事就能看出，這家酒店不僅硬件到位，更難得的是服務用心、責任心極強。工作人員細心負責、反應迅速，真正把客人的事放在心上，在細節處體現專業與温度，讓人在外出行也能感受到十足的安全感和被重視的感覺。

GGuest UserThe hotel rooms are spacious and bright, sunny, clean and tidy, the curtains are electric open and closed, and the lights can be easily controlled at the bedside. USB charging port is provided, which is convenient for charging the mobile phone. There is free parking downstairs. The front desk lady wearing glasses is enthusiastic and helps solve various problems. It is thoughtful and meticulous. There is a free laundry room on the third floor. It is great! The breakfast service aunt is also very enthusiastic. Will choose to stay in the future, it is commendable.

GGuest User第一次來這裏出差，網上看了好幾家酒店最後選擇了這裏，位置優越，交通便利，出行方便，門口獨立停車場，有地下停車場非常方便，門口也有監控非常放心，對我的愛車來説停地下車庫是個非常不錯的選擇，大廳簡潔、大氣，有輕音樂，很好聽，前台有迎賓水果和糖果不錯，前台小姐姐服務熱情也很專業，房間採光好、明亮、舒適，我住在七樓可以清楚的看到整個工業園區全景。我個人比較愛乾淨，房間整潔、乾淨衞生，閑暇之餘我喜歡享受
生活，一樓的咖啡廳的現磨咖啡對我來説也是個不錯的體驗，還有一個小超市有小零食還有些生活用品對於我們出差人也是相當方便的，晚上買了些小零食去他們三樓那個電影院看了一場電影。看完電影回到房間後洗了個澡，一覺睡到第二天早上去吃了早餐，早餐也是非常的豐盛也比較和我的胃口，退房的時候前台小姐姐還很熱情的給我帶了幾瓶礦泉水，特別感謝酒店員工的熱情接待，這是非常好一次入住體驗，下次來的時候還會住這裏！

前台小姐姐人美心善，服務態度特別好，説話温柔有禮貌，辦理手續又快又細緻，還主動提醒圖書角和洗衣房的位置，有問必答特別有耐心。
圖書角安靜舒適，藏書不少，閑暇時能靜下心來讀會兒書；洗衣房設備新且乾淨，烘乾功能超實用，解決了旅行洗衣的麻煩。早餐豐富又美味，熱菜、主食、水果、飲品一應俱全，新鮮又可口。
全程體驗感拉滿，服務貼心、設施齊全，不管是帶寵出行還是日常住宿都超合適，已經列入回購清單，下次一定再來！
