A perfect experience at the City Garden Hotel! The decor is simple yet elegant, the rooms are fully equipped, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The front desk service is attentive, check-in is quick, and they even offered travel advice. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making for a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended!

Inconvenient transportation, no taxis are allowed to enter the hotel. The tap water is salty, and two bottles of water are provided free of charge in the room. If you have to pay ”as stipulated”, it is best to bring your own bottled water. Application delay, ”computer has been set”, so no delay. This is a good facility, but the service staff have a strong bureaucratic taste of the hotel.

The first time I stayed, I changed the hotel because of the charging pillar! On the first morning, I checked in and said that the room was not cleaned. I waited for forty minutes and it was not cleaned! Check out the next morning, the waiter didn't get up! The most funny place, the first time I booked a room on Trip.com, I had to deposit 500 yuan? What age? And deposit? Five-star hotels are gone! Hey! The environment has nothing to say, after all, it is newly opened, but the service really needs to be improved! Service and environment are inversely proportional!

The bathroom is extremely bad, the facilities are outdated, you get what you pay for, a temporary one, that’s it.

It is too difficult to find such a special place to eat, live and play in Tumshuke, and will go again.
