BBen001Opting to stay at the Castle Hotel for New Year's Day, avoiding the crowded New Year's Eve celebrations, was a very smart choice. On New Year's Day, the scenic area offered a rich array of activities, including concerts, a 'True Scents' market, a 100-meter fireworks waterfall, and iron flower performances. Manager Kong from the hotel arranged a room with an excellent view for our family, allowing us to watch the fireworks show right from our room. The scenic area is huge, featuring flower fields, pastures, and tea gardens. Taking a stroll with the family after dinner felt incredibly pleasant and relaxing. We're already planning to come back in spring when the flowers are in full bloom!

AAnonymous UserI arrived at night and couldn't find a parking space. The lady at the front desk said, ”Park by the roadside at the door. Someone will help you move the car tomorrow.” Who knows~ a hotel that costs more than 100 yuan actually has valet parking service~! I booked it because of the 2.4-meter big bed. It's really good for couples to travel with their kids! There are many floor-to-ceiling mirrors in the room, one in the back, one in the toilet area, and one in the sofa area. It's very convenient for putting on makeup and changing clothes! Finally, breakfast, the kitchen auntie is really hospitable~! The service is thoughtful! If there is a concert in Jinhua next time, I will come again! Hahahahaha

GGuest UserA very happy and extremely comfortable trip! The B&B is located at the entrance of Yuyuan Village. The Chinese design is dignified and grand. The check-in environment and experience are great. There is also a back garden and a tea room where you can sit and drink tea and chat with friends. It's so comfortable! The service of the boss and the clerk is also super good. Because it rained on the day of check-in, the boss came out to pick us up and enthusiastically introduced the attractions in the village. The food in the B&B is also very delicious. Hahaha, we ate three meals of scrambled eggs with toon in three days~ In addition, the village is very simple and there is no strong commercial atmosphere. It is very comfortable to walk around and take a leisure tour. It is also very film-worthy. I highly recommend it~

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. The invoice is electronic. The room was very clean and had an outside window. The beds on the 6th floor have latex mattresses, which are super comfortable and ensured a very peaceful sleep.

GGuest UserWe were extremely satisfied with our stay. The front desk service was excellent; they patiently answered many of our questions. The housekeeping staff were also very welcoming and helped us with our luggage. The room facilities were controlled by a smart speaker, which was fantastic! It's perfect for lazy people like me. The breakfast was also good. We were very satisfied and will definitely stay here again!

MM532699****The staff has a positive attitude to solve the problem, but the hotel facilities are really not good, the screen projection signal is very poor, the sanitary condition is generally the same, the middle has changed the room twice for various reasons, the first room is not clean, hairy and smelly, the second room is very noisy, The staff explained that because of the municipal construction, the third room was barely strong, and there was a sign of the marker ”Hanting” on the sheets. Anyway, I feel that in addition to the staff's service attitude in the hotel, the other grades are not worthy of the label of the Huazhu Club. It is recommended that the boss hardware facilities be strengthened.

LluomiWhen I arrived at the hotel yesterday, there wasn't even a doorman at the door. Then I dragged my luggage into the front desk. There was only one person at the front desk. What package coupon I bought was really low value for money. There was no staff for the go-kart. After going there a few times, I called someone to push one out for you to drive. Bicycle coupon It was no use, the staff didn’t see it and didn’t bother to look for it anymore, the bike was locked. After giving the coupon, I asked where to use it, and I said there... no more information... I also went to the Republic of China Clothing store a few times, and found one person. There were only two sets for children. I wore one casually and took a few photos. As for the hot springs, there were too few people. There were three pools open, and two were opened outdoors in the back. They were very dirty and smelly. Maybe it was because of the smell of chemical fertilizers next to the hot spring pools. The biggest complaint is about breakfast. Just look at the picture. Hahaha, it means nothing. If there is really no breakfast, you can provide a few decent noodles, but it is a mess. After a few bites, you quickly leave. And for yesterday’s lunch, we had to wait two hours for our order at the hotel. They later gave us a free meal (although we were thank you), but the dish was very oily and the meal was an overnight meal...

GGuest UserThe surrounding environment of the hotel is good, the bed sheets and duvet covers in the room are clean and tidy, the front desk service is enthusiastic and the surrounding work is efficient, cost-effective and affordable. The facilities are complete, the clerk will park the car for customers, and there will be free coffee and juice in the front lobby. The hotel is very good and worth recommending.
