1. The cleanliness was questionable. The sheets were dirty when we checked in. At this price point, you usually get a butler service, but this one didn't. They didn't let us know what time we'd be arriving, and the parking staff didn't know when we arrived. Would it be so difficult to install surveillance cameras in the parking lot? Shouldn't they pick up your luggage as soon as they see you arrive? Why did they make us run to the front desk to get our luggage? 3. Other people went into the stream at the B&B to use the paddleboards, etc., and no one paid any attention. I initially thought they were guests, but after playing and chatting for a while, I realized they were outsiders, not even staying at the B&B. 出差路過住了一晚，藍天白雲心情好就評論了，房間衞生可以，床特別舒服睡了個好覺，出差人需要的停車場有，洗衣房也有，洗了一大堆臟衣服兩個小時全部曬乾，退房對面吃了個地道的桂林米粉，米粉超級便宜分量還超大，酒店值得入住，米粉也值得吃

I then shouted and insisted on a new room. It should never have come to that. I reiterate the hard put in by the young women there to assist me, despite their lack of English and my lack of Chinese language, and their lack of any training having been given to them on sostware for translation.
