衞生：需要多注意一下，因為有人很喜歡光腳，在這不太適用，明顯的地板有灰塵。
服務：倒是很好，全自動開門入住，沒有任何尷尬。不過隔音一般般在美院這邊也正常！
房間有小零食小冰箱，前台有免費咖啡花茶！
環境：在美院周圍這個價位屬於上乘了，很有性價比。

The room was clean and tidy, the service was thoughtful, the front desk was hospitable, and we took the initiative to upgrade the room type. The breakfast was also very rich, but the time was a bit late. Will stay again.

Guest UserThe environment is quite nice, with a quiet courtyard. It's in the style of an old state-run hotel, so the facilities are rather outdated. The toilet seat fell off easily, the door lock wouldn't engage, and the mattress was too soft, giving me back pain; you could even hear the springs creaking. However, I chose this place because I felt it was a safe state-run hotel, so I'll make do.

I asked for two big bed rooms. I decided half a month in advance, but when I went to get the room key, I gave me a big bed room, a big round bed room, the big round bed collapsed in the middle, two people couldn't sleep at all, it was too late and there was no place to find a room. I was so good to make a living. But the two didn't sleep well for one night, because both of them ran in the middle, so it was a bad experience! Not worth the price! I regret staying at this hotel!

The location is near the back door of the Academy of Fine Arts, the price is good, the price is half cheaper than the main entrance, the decoration is good, the room is super beautiful
