This hotel offered good value for its convenient location.The room was spacious and clean, and the daily towel change was a appreciated touch. It is also very close to malls, bus stops, and shops. However, there were some significant drawbacks. The windows in my room did not close properly, leading to a lot of street noise early in the morning, which disrupted sleep. Additionally, there was a noticeable smell of smoke in the hallways, as some guests seemed to smoke inside the building despite rules. Overall, it's a decent option if you prioritize location and space, but be prepared for potential noise and air quality issues.

This is my first time experiencing a smart hotel. The furnishings and layout are comfortable and quite stylish! The guidance service at the front desk was great. I thought the special single room I booked was very small. It was completely unexpected. It was not only clean and sanitary, but also had a chaise longue. The room was quiet and highly recommended.

The hotel environment was nice, but the service was unpleasant. Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I've encountered such a dogmatic management philosophy. The deposit was more expensive than the room rate. I booked three rooms and needed to cancel one early the next day. However, the room key was taken out while I was eating, and they insisted on charging me 30 yuan. I said I'd bring it back later, and they asked if I could get it back before 2 PM. I said I didn't know, but I'd definitely get it back today, as I still had two nights left in the other two rooms. Even after I said that, they still wouldn't agree and insisted on charging 30 yuan. Frankly, this is far inferior to Hilton. I often stay with children, and sometimes other hotels give me multiple room key cards. But you, when I ask you to give me an extra card, you remind me to change how many cards I need when I leave. Can I withdraw cash from a bank or use it for food? What am I supposed to do with it? Although it's only 30 yuan, sometimes it's not about the money, it's about the extreme discomfort. This is my first negative review, thank you for giving me a chance.
