I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to where I had to do my engagements. The view outside my window was great. Overall, a solid 8 out of 10.

The family room is too small, not even as big as the king-size room. There's no room for children to play indoors, and some facilities are not very reasonable. For example, there's no place to put toiletries in the sink, and there's no place to put clothes in the shower. It feels like the design was made for filming, without considering the actual needs of living. The staff were all very friendly, but the stay was not very comfortable.

The air-condition was too strong just...had to turn it to 25 degree (Celius) in order not to feel cold (it was like 30 degress outside). Comfy sleep and great sound -insulation as the windows faced the huge intersection but u can't hear a thing. Will come back stay there again next time. Only down-side was that there isn't much F&B options within walking distance.
