I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to where I had to do my engagements. The view outside my window was great. Overall, a solid 8 out of 10.

The front desk brother is very versatile and actively assists in answering questions, including helping my parents to master the use of certain electrical appliances (such as aromatherapy and refrigerator) in the room. Takeaways can be delivered to your door through robots. The hotel is very close to the Sinopec gas station, but the station does not support app payment at that time.

The service was warm and attentive; they even waived the children's bath tickets. Unlimited fruit and drinks were provided, and they gave us complimentary welcome fruit 🍉 upon check-in. The package included tickets to Xianghu Hot Spring, which has a children's playground, restaurant, game room, and sauna. Prices didn't increase during the National Day holiday, making it excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The experience was extremely poor. When I arrived, there was a ton of luggage in my car, and no concierge helped me carry it; I had to lug it all in myself. Before midnight, the front desk was empty; I called but no one answered, and when I went downstairs, there was no one there. I didn't know who to ask for supplies. After checking out, I left my makeup mirror in the room, and no one contacted me. I only realized it when I got home more than ten hours later. After calling and verifying with several people, I finally found out it was there. I don't know how the housekeeping staff cleaned the room; their level of attention to detail was questionable. They even made me order a courier service myself when I asked them to send it. Having stayed at Hilton and other five-star and super five-star hotels so many times, they've always responded quickly to lost items, even contacting the housekeeping department before I even noticed. This is the first time I've encountered such service, and I'm truly disappointed (although the lady who helped with the courier service quickly adjusted the shipping method and was very helpful).

An amazing experience! I stayed here for New Year's Eve, and though I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, my actual stay was fantastic. The New Year's Eve premium wasn't much higher than nearby guesthouses. Facilities: I expected them to be old, but they were actually quite new. The decor had a great aesthetic, a style I personally really liked. The room had a bathtub and a mini-bar with a good selection of snacks. The breakfast was surprisingly rich and delicious. I didn't get to try the late-night congee because it was all finished by the time I got back from the New Year's Eve activities. There wasn't great coordination with the park on that front. The electric curtain got stuck and ripped when I tried to close it, which gave me quite a fright – I almost thought I'd be dealing with a compensation dispute on the first day of the new year. When I mentioned it at check-out, the front desk immediately said it was fine and they'd fix it. That earned them major brownie points. Hygiene: No issues, very clean. Environment: Its main advantage is convenience; it's very close to the park, which was much needed given the cold weather and New Year's Eve. Service: Excellent! The front desk lady even gave me some cookies.

One of my better stays in zhengzhou is have always liked staying at the Woking hotel friendly staff and helpful espically when I had to visit a hospital they went out off their way to see that I got to the right department and back to hotel very helpful ill stay again
